Help! Stiletto 100 ill.

I've had this Stiletto 100 with lifetime sub since Jan 2008.
Never had a problem till now. It started cycling on and off. Only
way to stop it was to take the battery out. I finally got
the error mess to display, I installed the cd and it takes
me to the Sirius site. There's nothing about refreshing
the stiletto. The people I talk to never heard of the Stiletto.
Also, I'm using Microsoft edge.

My stiletto crapped out many years ago, before 2011? Sounded terrible. Problems with battery.
No help or service back then either.
Came with the worst headphones ever.
