I’m having issues with my service on every channel it’s skipping like a old record that has an scratch. My car is a week old so I’m not sure what I can do to get it to stop skipping and play a complete song even
I assume there are no skipping problems with AM-FM radio? If the unit has a reset button, reset it. Then make sure the antenna connections are secure. If the skipping persists, refresh the signal:

If the skipping still persists, you may need a better antenna. You can also try disconnecting the car battery, then re-connecting it. This will force the receiver to reset. This usually resolves the skipping problem but of course you will have to reprogram your presets.
As a last resort, take the car back to the dealer and have the unit replaced.
