Cutting out problems with Premium Home Boom Box Starmate 8

Is anyone else having these cutting out problems, have had home system for 2 years never a problem. Last month started cutting out. Still shows great signal on display & channel and song lineup but sound keeps stopping and starting. Very irritating. Have bought a whole new system and still doing the same thing. Live just east of Toronto Ontario Canada. Sirius tells me they have no issues with signal but mind boggled as to why this is happening. The one installed in my vehicle is great. Any info?

My radio started stuttering and cutting out in February of 2016. I replaced the outdoor antenna. The cutting out is intermittent (no pun intended) and not as unbearable as it was previous to the antenna replacement. Nevertheless, I'm still searching for a fix. Did you (or anyone else out there) have any luck with a solution???
