I think a RMT is coming for Sirius

I really think Liberty is going to spin it this year. The valuation gap of Liberty Media's stock price compared to Sirius (considering the Net Asset Value of Sirius in LMCA), is getting wider. To close that gap, I think Liberty decides to do a Reverse Morris Trust and spins Sirius. Just my opinion but it is Liberty's history. They did it with DirecTV, Discovery and Starz previously.

If it is spun, things get really really interesting. I also believe from recent Sirius stock movement that the market may be anticipating something big happening like a spin this year.
