It happens. The stiletto is a buggy beast. People typically just reset them and start over.

Im not a stiletto expert but, cant you plug it into your computer via usb? I think there is software that lets you reset it via a pc.
does anyone know how to do a recovery on a stiletto 2. I have an error code but I cannot access the recovery or I should say I cannot transfer the recovery via USB since it will only accept Vista or Windows XP and I along with the rest of the free world are running something much more advanced like Windows 7.
Maybe the problem is not understood. I have the recovery downloaded on my computer and have attached the USB to talk with the
sirius dock , but it will not because the dock will not recognize Windows 7 - only Windows XP or Vista. Evidently you have not had the problem. I received an error code telling me to connect the USB and run recovery. I am dead in the water. Just wondered if anyone else tried to remedy this problem?
