SiriusXM COO Says No Way

When I read that SiriusXM was going to shut down their terrestrial repeaters I let the company know how a six year loyal XM subscriber felt about it. So I wrote a letter to James E. Meyer, SiriusXM Chief Operating Officer.

I received a response today from Mr. Meyer which reads as follows:

"Thanks for your note regarding our terrestrial repeater network.

I can assure you that we absolutely will not be shutting down this network and in fact we are spending millions to upgrade it.

Not sure how rumors like this get started but please ignore this one.

If you have any problem feel free to e mail me.

Thanks for your business

Jim"

That's very good news from a very classy suit.
