That's easy math to ponder; 0.8 x 10 = 8 and 0.9 x 10 = 9. This doesn't explain why actual tax recepts were greater under Bush than Clinton. Could it be that the higher tax rate actually decreases tax receipts? I'm no tax expert, but.....Quote:

No twit, (I've always wanted to do that - but NEVER will again) buying is not complicated but knowing why some laws, regulations and business practices are what they are IS COMPLICATED.
