Yes thats what he said, and the fact that anyone asked for troops in 2008 there was no way for bush to sent anymore anywhere he was leaving office and the democrats were fighting him at every turn to get even one extra to go anywhere.


Lets see here if we use liberials logic it took Obama from march to now to get troops to Afganistan so if the general asked for troops in 2008 there would have been nothing Bush could have done reguardless with a democrat congress. THEY WERE ALREADT TRYIONG TO CUT FUNDS to even keep the troops we had stationed in Iraq and afganistan there much less send anymore.
