Who wrote this article, he doesnt live in Roseland? and he has a beach house in Toms River, 2 miles from accident...thats why he was there...
interesting how quickly TMZ got that story . . . tells me one of two things . . either the cops tipped-off TMZ or the two punk kids driving the Grand Am got paid for the tip-off . . .
