		<description>Isn&#039;t Xm already have it&#039;s hands in Worldspace?  And hey, who&#039;s to say they don&#039;t move Rock and Roll Over (Hey a KISS song!) to the East some?

I&#039;m pretty sure XM is using the same technlogy as Worldspace, or SOMETHING like that... It&#039;s been years since I&#039;ve actually THOUGHT about anything but XM/Sirius.... :)</description>

German Bundesliga rights are re-issued 
The German Football League (DFL) will in the next few months, the TV broadcasting rights for the Bundesliga new tender, because the Antimonopoly against the previous proposal had the DFL, the Free-TV analysis of the Bundesliga games only on digital TV to show. We will not under time pressure, said DFL Vice President Peter Peters in Berlin, according to the report Kress and the magazine &quot;Advertising &amp; Sell&quot; from Tuesday. However, after the veto of the Cartel Office against the planned marketing model the football package is not the expected 500 million euros per year-tuned. The acknowledged Dejan Jocic, marketers Sirius Sports Media in a press conference on the fringes of the IFA in Berlin. 

Whether the DFL against the decision of the Cartel Office before the court moves, led the league representative. &quot;The DFL can not decide, because there is no formal decision of the antitrust office, against which we could complain,&quot; said Peters. Until March 2009, the DFL any more time for a new tender. Then begins the new licensing round for the Bundesliga clubs. The pay-TV provider Premiere urges opposed to a quick decision.
