He has been giving guidance as to when he believes the decision will be final at the FCC and none of those dates have come to fruition. Furthermore, the FCC has been sitting on this for over 500 days and according to an article by Reuters he would be open to more conessions if the other commissioners had any. How could he not know the opinions of the other commissioners by now....500 days. Someone should put his ass on satellite and send him out to space. What a freakin puppet.
