>>> The only thing that I could say to the doj and fcc is that xm will go under if there is no merger.

If either company "goes under" it will be Sirius. Anyone who can read financial statements can see this.

I've been trading siri or initially bought siri back in Nov. of 06'. The only thing that I could say to the doj and fcc is that xm will go under if there is no merger. Why do I have to sub. to 2 radios, when I can have a better product for a bettr price? I believe siri would not become a monopoly. Who or what investor in their right mind would start up a sat. company nowadays??? The Nab will be ok, radio is what it is... mom and pop in small towns... people need a good sat. radio here... people in large cities... well they have cable tv and all other sorts or stuff that they may at freewill watch and listen to at anytime. We are not in the stoneage anymore and a combined company can and will prevail and a more worldwide scalce in the future I believe... we need as much power and positive transitions in our country now a good sat. company with top of the line tech... is a good company to have on our soil.
