Howard Stern Embraces the Three Day Work Week – What do we Listen to Now?
It saddens me to say that today marked the beginning of Howard Sterns new three day work week. As a condition of Howard’s latest five year deal, his fans were saddened to learn they will have to find some other live programming to listen to on Thursdays and Fridays.
As a realist, it’s pretty simple to understand why a guy who has put so many years into entertaining the public day in and day out, with as much cash as Howard, would want to wind down and spend more time with his wife, kids, and as he says “staring at a wall.” So, will every week be a three day week? Howard says “it’s complicated.”
Although fans may be disappointed when faced with the choice of no Howard vs. some Howard, some wins hands down, every time.
Having said that, what are his loyal fans to do? Sure, we have years worth of old shows and tapes to rerun on his off days but what about his demographic that is looking for live programming? What happens when he finally does retire?
We have seen Bubba The Love Sponge come and go and now Jason Ellis, who some consider the future, is mysteriously missing. It should be noted that a source close to Jason Ellis has revealed that he has been taking a few personal days, canceling both his Wednesday and Thursday live show this week amidst his current contract negotiations.
I don’t pretend to have the answers but, with time winding down for Howard and potential price increases on the horizon, fans of Sirius XM are rightfully concerned with the future of programming and getting some real bang for their buck… me included.
What will you be listening to now that Howard is no longer live on Thursday and Friday? Sound off in the comments below.
charles. take some time to listen to other channels. sirius/xm is multi-dimensional. you might surprise yourself. thats why i’m excited about the new tivo capabilities only because i feel like i miss tons of content.
EVEN ROBYN HAS SAID SHE WOULD RATHER LISTEN TO HER OWN MUSIC ON IPOD. SO CAN I, AND SAVE THE $14/MONTH.
WAIT UNTIL AUGUST AND THE FCC PRICE INCREASE HOLD IS OVER…VA..VA…VOOM.
The fact that Howard has it in him to cut down to 3 days a week, just after finally allowing smartphone content, shows he has very little appreciation for his audience. Personally, I ONLY pay Sirius for his show. I have been an avid fan/listener for years, but $17.95/month for 12 days a month? Sorry Howard, you AREN’T worth that. We all love you, but your sense of entitlement and feeling that we OWE you this is just off. It would be better to just leave than slyly begin a 3 day work week months after the new signing, unannounced, after many have bought bundled subscriptions. I for one, will be canceling my subscription immediately, and i believe we will(or should) all see the sirius stock once again plummet. Congratulations, you have jumped the shark.
Totally agree Ian. I love listening to his shows despite him lately. Good post man.
That’s Easy… “O&A PARTY ROCK!!!”
Look, it IS possible to be a fan of BOTH Howard AND O&A.
Howard is simply the best interviewer in all of radio… Period. (Piers Morgan, eat your heart out.) Howard’s show is my guilty pleasure. It’s my favorite of all time.
But O&A with “Little Jimmy” and others have a much different energy which is also entertaining. (Little Angry Men…) Their live coverage of the Royal Wedding was HIL-Arious.
And… O&A are usually still on five days a week.
Just my two cents…
–Mark
I agree, I am a fan of both but, O&A aren’t on Sirius. Unless you have “best of” you are screwed. They need to truly merge these services.
agreed
I completely agree, as well.
I’m Sure Opie & Anthony would gladly take on the extra listeners, too.
Wouldn’t you know… We have this discussion and O&A are out today with a “Worst Of” episode. Funny.
–Mark
Can’t listen to Bubba cause he takes Thurs and Fridays off too. Guess we need to find someone who wants to really have a radio show. Any suggestions ????
That’s a no brainer,I listened to opie and Anthony and Ron and fez with my dad from Atlantic city to Philadelphia and laughed and had a great father and son moment listening to the Osama Obama segment on o and a.
This is another fantastic move by Mel weening people off the all Howard all the time.I really enjoy hearing Artie on days off and that’s a great move by Howard knowing his contributions were hilarious. Running the channels and company with a laser like focus quote unquote “Mel karmazin”
Geek time on Fridays is another great move after live jay tom. Is just the beginning.
I’m not a pumper I’ve been with this site and stock through all the rough times and we are starting to get some love.side note: they are discussing it on super fan roundtable as we speak.
Some Howard is better than no Howard was just announced on the show.
Didn’t he say he was alternating between 3-day and 4-day work weeks?
That is what he said but if you remember 5 years ago he also said he would be working some Fridays. I’m sure 3 days a week will become his permanent schedule.
U R SO RIGHT!
Very true,When he did the Friday thing, most people were outraged but were still willing to pay for Howard. It was interesting to see when he was on his media tour NO mention of the new schedule, but that was to be expected.Diehard fans will continue to support him,but since he is off so much people will look for other content to listen to and that is good for Sat. radio. Will people cancel due to this three day week? I guess we will see if Howard can pull it off again.
Guaranteed by this time next year Howard will have a 3 day week,He just will ease us into it and it will be accepted like the “occasional Friday off” that became a every Friday off.
this is why i canceled sirius. as idiotic as it sounds, when i went into work on fridays and id hear an old show from the 90s or whatever id be like “this frickin guy” and i resented stern for it. yes i know it sounds stupid. and when the 3 day work week talk started kicking around i was like, what am i paying for? i could care less about the other channels and listened exclusively to stern. and for $20 a month (subscription + internet streaming + music royalty fee) sirius just wasnt worth it to me. oh well. i paid for 4 years. and anything really good (such as david arquette and courtney cox being brutally honest to each other recently) i can find on youtube or a torrent for. so long, funny man.
Well the inexperienced idiots at Sirius Keep screwing their Subscribers. First – No Bubba (and that really made me mad) ,Ellis is great but he is the afternoon guy. Covino and Rich is a good show as well as the Jay Thomas show but once again – Afternoon shows.
Whats so bad about giving us Opie and Anthony (without paying extra)? They at least put on live shows – No its yet another way of screwing over their subscribers. Just like the extra cost to listen online. WTF Its sad – really sad.
Nobody seens to understand that LIVE content is what we want – I was the biggest fan of Sirius but the “New York Business” attitude has ruined it.
The stern show has jumped the shark.F*ck that big nosed
yenta…….hey now
agree screw stern will cancel tomorrow
I will fade out as an avid listener now. Old shows arent that great. Like reading an old newspaper. Rather hear 2 hrs 4 days than 3×3.
3 days of horrible chat. the show jumped the shark when Artie left and no replacement was found.
GOOD for Howard! He deserves to stop and smell the roses, enjoy life. 3 shows a week are better than no shows a week. I will be listening to Faction & Octane on Thursdays and Geektime on Fridays.
It’s easy Artie on Thursday benji on Friday. Their own shows on 100 not this 101 crap. At least it something live.
whatever
I got Sirius for the commerical free music (not Howard, although it was right when he joined Sirius) but it didn’t take long for that to not be enough. I started listening to Bubba regularly and Howard occasionaly. Many times I thought of cancelling but it was Bubba that kept me around. Once Bubba left I realized the music wasn’t going to be enough, so I cancelled (amost a week ago). I can get exactly what I’m looking for on either my Ipod. No need to sit thru songs and artists I don’t like. I know what’s on my Ipod because I put it there.
I downloaded RadioIO and have to tell you that a lot of their music channels beat the hell out of siriusxm. Also, it is free so no issue there. Try it you might like it.
Howard has for years put on a great product and continues to do so although its not near as good as it used to be. The first five years at Sirius were awesome because he was hungry. With the three day work week the live content is now down 8 hours from before when you factor in that he ends each day at 10. If you deduct commercials and those Sal and Richard lead ins I would imagine its 3 hours a day or less. If Sirius and Mr. Stern think 9-10 hours of live content per week for 30-40 weeks will keep a high percentage of the fans around for the next 5 years then great. I think many of us fans will start thinking otherwise. The limited time the show is on now will force it to be very different. Alot of the great stuff we used to get is already gone and this will dilute it further. Mr. March may be a better title going forward than King of all Media.
Screw the argument that three days of Stern is better than no Stern. He thinks he’s treating himself to us; he thinks that no matter how little he is on, we will continue to listen. Eff that. If he wants to be on fewer days, then he should quit. He was wrong when he left Gary’s dinner party early, and he’s wrong on this too. Although I love listening, I’m not going to subscribe any more. How many times can one person listen to the Jesse James interview?! I was going crazy. “Oh, so Bingo, you don’t mind that David doesn’t want to have sex with you?” Time to pull out my hair! Goodbye, Howard. It’s been a great 20 years, we’ve had a nice run, but this is the end of the line.
I have been with Howard for 25 years. When Sirus and XM merged there is no more competition so now they can raise the rates as high as the traffic will bare. Now that Howard is on 3 days aweek and Sirus raising the rates, when my subscription ends I will not renew.
Danny
I think he’s going to dread this decision; that goofy wife, and those damn cats will take their toll after awhile, and he will wish he could get the hell away from smiley horse face and her merry band of orphan cat crappers. She’s got the smile , and the goody two shoes routine down pat, and Howard is going to lose his mind guickly now that he’s away from his radio sanctuary… more than he’s in it. Be careful what you wish for, as thet say.
I will definitely not be listening to old shows full of adolescent or stripper girl antics. Howard and staff have grown and matured past that idiocy. The show should post the great interviews with famous celebs. Something with insight and interest. It’s too bad that there is never a mention of this from Howard (or did I just miss him saying he is now on 3 days?) It’s demeaning to the loyal fans that we are treated like complaining children –so he would rather not deal with announcing the change and taking the flake straight up. What happened with the “I’m Just being the honest open Howard,” not this BS about how “it’s Complicated”. Longtime Adult Fan
I agree w/you, pal! When, I hear that drumroll, I know some squeaky-voiced bimbo is about to slow the show down for 30 mins. The best parts of the show now are the first hour, when he recounts whatever’s in the news and when he interviews a celebrity. I don’t give shit about Robin’s or Lisa’s sex lives. They’re the only staffers allowed to giggle when they refuse to answer questions about their personal lives. If Jason or Gary tried that, he’s berate them on the air for not putting the show first. As a black man, I see plainly that Howard wishes his parents were as racist as everyone in L.I. who ran when they saw a dark face or two; first FROM NYC (L.I. is not NYC. NYC is the five boroughs-period!) and then from one L.I. suburb to the next (if all the Irish, Italians and Jews run when brown people move in, of course all the brown people, good and bad, will wind up living together and the neighborhood will become under-siege by the bad.) I can’t stand the way Robin never points out his racism and that not all black neighborhoods (especially his favorite whipping boy, Harlem, are not entirely poverty-stricken ghettos into which no white man may pass for he risketh a robbery, a raping and a killing.) Many Black and Latino doctors, architects, lawyers, police officers, executives and artists live in Harlem, Bed-Stuy, Forte Greene, The South Bronx and Queensbridge. I like Ralph cuz at least he’s honest and points out Howard’s b.s. Artie should be back (Where is that long-promised post suicide-attempt interview, at least?) and finally the comedians he claims to love with their canned ham schticky acts like Lisa Lampanelli and Greg Fitzsimmons suck. Lisa’s racist with a heart of gold routine is as unfunny as Don Rickles’ (Why do they all worship him? If some young comic made the same jokes, he’d say it was mean and hackey. Maybe it’s a generational thing.) and Greg Fitzsimmons’ voice is like nails on a chalkboard. Fuck all of them. He could do 2 hours a day: just shoot the shit for the first hour and then interview Alec Baldwin, Mark Wahlberg or Mary McCormack for the second hour four days a week. Show done!
the old shows are lame and i don’t pay money to hear Ralph or interns. you can change the name from the week in review to the LEESS THEN HALF A WEEK IN REVIEW. Been listening since 94 , and with SIRIUS from the start but i will not renew, it is no longer worth my hard earned money.
Do Howard Stern fans have of a life? I am not a howard Stern fan, I can listen if he has a good guest on. However, to talk about cancelling a service because of one personality is just dumb and shows a total lack of intelligence. I can’t believe that all people would listen to is Howard Stern act like a 16 year old. Music, sports, talk, etc….are other options on SIRIUS XM I get he is a big personality. He has a life and so should his audience. NEWS FLASH to Stern fans: HE IS NOT THE ONLY THING ON SIRIUSXM!! In fact most satelite subscribers don’t listen or even have access to his Channel!!!!iT IS NOT THE 1990s anymore….His act is pretty old!
have Artie come back to do a morning show 1x a week
This is just part of the companies policy of continually offering less for more. They told us that the merger would bring lower prices, better content, and fulfill the promise that they would provide the “best radio on radio.” They finally merged, despite the criminal attempts by our government, and the NAB and a bunch of other scumbags to stop it. Since then, channels have been axed, channels have been consolidated, channels have been destroyed with morning zoo style dj’s who can’t keep their mouths shut for 2 seconds, and talk over the music constantly. On top of this, as an added bonus for charging us more – they provide us with pathetic customer service, total neglect and indifference regarding music programming suggestions (they are commited to the terrestrial radio format, and we are paying for this crap!), and their ever present aloof, smug, and condescending style of running the business – almost like a clandestine operation! Two things have been consistent in the 5+ years I have had Sirius; they NEVER listen to the subscribers, and they NEVER market the product properly. If they did these two things, which are so fundamental that you have to wonder what is wrong with this management, there is no doubt in my mind that there would be a minimum of 25 million subscribers right now, with the potential to grow at a faster pace than the snails pace we see today. With no forsight, innovation, and creativity, the company is progressing. Can you imagine how this thing could explode if they had common sense, concern for their customers, and a little passion for the music… and radio in general?! It would be game over.
Howard Stern doesn’t lose sleep at night worrying about his loyal fans, believe me. He looks out for number one, like 99.9% of the population does. As long as the subscribers are their last priority, this company will NEVER become the best radio on radio, and they will never realize the vast potential of satellite radio.
Howard is great, but is show is stagnant and nothing revealing occurs any longer. I say merge services and allow Opie and Anthony show be heard on Sirius. Additionally, good friend of Howard Stern is Kidd Chris Show. His show was hilarious when broadcasted on regular radio in Philly about 4 years ago. Kidd Chris is unemployed and give him a shot on Siriusxm. Lastly, on Stars Too, Covino and Rich is a great show that would do great on morning or evening, but not mid day.
If I weren’t a lifetime subscriber, I’d be cancelling at this point. There’s nothing better than live Howard and his commentary on CURRENT events. Increased prices for twelve live hours per week (he signs off very close to 10a every day now?) interspersed with numerous unannounced vacations with the vacuum filled in by rehashed stuff we’ve heard hundreds of times is the breaking point.
Already cancelled Sirius. Huge Stern fan, but this is not right. The guy had fridays and god knows how many vacations days. Greedy greedy greedy. Dont care who you are. No ONE is worth what Stern gets. NO ONE.
I can’t blame Howard for taking an extra day off. I’m sure he must have taken a pay cut for the new contract. My guess is that he was able to get the extra day off because of the cut and then he can claim he’s making the same when prorated against a four day week….just my guess.
I have dropped Sirius about a month ago. My radio died and costumer service was terrible. I love Howard but I think Sirius has not lived up to their promises.
Howard “negotiated” a contract and wanted what was best for him, not his fans. Don’t we all want what’s best for us!
Obviously, Sirius considers him worth what he got. Thats fine with me. He has always held to his end of the deal. Never not showing up during negotiations (Jason). No whining about his contract (Bubba). And no selling shirts and dvds and jackets (Bubba) to make his “fans” pay him. His paycheck has always been his pay and his show has always been “HIS” pulpit. He has always used his show to highlight his life, his desires, his weaknesses, and his hangups.
I have always been a fan and have always put up with the bimbos and poor guests, weighing them against the good guest, and always coming out ahead in my mind. His interviews of well known people are the best anywhere {Vilmer, George, Paul, Charlie, so so many). Where else can you hear a band called the Losers play “Every Homo” ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v.....re=related )
I consider Howard a friend and a great one at that. What else can you call someone who shares his life with you and makes you laugh every day.
Good for you Howard…”F” the fans who whine about 3 days… 3 Days of Howard is worth 100 days of anyone else out there.
Love ya Howard
Nothing but the best for you and the gang.
Doworry about me….I’m fine…you enjoy your life and have a ball…you’ve earned it
Your friend, Gary
also a longtime listener totally bummed with sirius. stern is ruining his legacy like Brett Favre by hanging in there too long. waht could his staff do with themselves when they arent preparing for 12 hours (with commercials) of new programming? Stern has become Imus, boring and out of touch. Instead of the ranch, howard has casa de stern in the hamptons. retire with your 1/2 a billion money grubbing thief.
agreed. the stern of the 90s was the best.
50% of Howard is far, far better than 100% of terrestrial radio. Plus, we still have Stern Shuffle and This Date in Howard Stern history to keep us entertained. And lets cut Howard a break – he has been making us laugh for 30 years. Hasn’t he earned some time off? And Sirius is still worth the money, as there are a lot of other channels to listen to aside from 100/101.
I finally had enough and canceled my subscription. I was tempted by much lower monthly cost, even offered three months free. I took neither! I still feel burned after joining 5 years ago when learning Howard would only be on 4 days a week. Also nothing was said about his channels having commercials. We where all told of commercial free and assumed 5 days. Then the final straw was the new contract. 4 hour shows and three days a week, more and more commercials. Enough! The guys makes crap loads of money, either work or just leave, don’t rip people off. It would have been nice for mister integrity to tell listeners ahead time.
That’s exactly right Dano. Promoted as “the revolution” Howard promised a kick-ass show, the type of show that would take you back to the old days when the show was in it’s prime. Reluctant to inform us of the fact that he would have commercials and blindsiding us with a 4-day week, we all got screwed. As far as his new deal goes, I can’t place full responsibility on Howard. SiriusXM obviously agreed to his ridiculous demands of this second contract. Wouldn’t any one of us take that deal if we could? Simply stated Howard is either past his prime, doesn’t care anymore, or worse yet…both.
Neither one of guys never really listened to the show if you were “blindsided” with the 4 day week schedule. Back at KROCK after he signed the Siriur Artie when into one of his now famous breakdowns. Artie had not signed yet and was not comfortable committing to 5 years. During this period Howie was routinely telling Artie how easy it is was going to be at Sirius, in a attempt to make him feel better. Howard would talk about how no one would be listening on Sirius anyway, the new studios and “it is only going to be 4 days a week”.
If you download the Artie Lange Addiction Saga you can hear it on there.
The 3 days doesn’t really anymore. Without Artie around, the show has lost interest to me. Sirius has much to offer beyond Stern if you look around. I listen to Dino on Mad Dog, Jay Thomas, Steve Czab. I don’t find myself missing Howard at all, except when I think about Artie.
Wow! Ipads are great, but typing on them is horrible. I apologize for my nearly unreadable post above.
So to my understanding, people cancel their Sirius subscriptions just because there is only 3 days of live Howard Stern?
I would enjoy Howard to be on live 7 days a week, however, notice all the other 120-180 channels on SiriusXM???
A great variety of music from every genre. Other news, sports and variety channels. I love the Raw Dog comedy channel. It is even more entertaining that Howard Stern at times, so it isn’t like Sirius is worthless because Stern is on 2 days less a week.
If Stern was the reason folks got their subscription to SiriusXM in the first place, then why not cancel??? He was the big attraction to get folks onboard.
I’ve been listening to Howard since the late 80’s & heard all the frustrations. Now he is getting his well deserved reward. Just imagine if he made all this money upfront, with all the frustrations & knifing in the back he got. Howard would’ve hung it up years ago. He’s still great even as Hollywood Howard.
Like the article says “no Howard vs some Howard”, some wins. I got the lifetime subscription for Howard & the music. ALL talk radio runs on commercials, that I understood & he even mentioned it. Music channels offer limited interruptions & uncensored music. I love it!
More commercials, higher price, less Howard! Yeah we are getting screwed. Howard and his machine are no different than the rest of corporate America.
I can live with three days live and enjoy hearing shows from years past. BUT PLEASE STOP REPLAYING THE WRAP UP SHOW! Once is enough and that alone would cause me to cancel. I am in the East coast and have looked forward to getting in my car after a long day and hearing some of the show I missed eariler. Now I get the replay of the wrap up show?!
I’m canceling my subscription. The only reason I have Sirius is Howard the rest of the channels suck. I listen to pandora for music. I’m not paying what I’m am for three days of live content.
Started with Opie and Anthony back to them unless I cancel. Tired of the “Best of Stern” 24/7 on 100/101. Would consider staying if they gave you alternative live programming on the channels but Stern would never allow anyone to upstage him.
How can Mr. Truthfulness justify not telling his audience about the scheduling change before hand? From a long time listener – you have greatly disappointed me, Howard. Who are you?
If he only wants to pull 3 days fine but get some other person in there to do some type of live show on the off days!
Again people like you Danny instead of canceling why don’t you drop Howard and go listen to Opie and Anthony ? I can tell you that if you listen to them for 2 weeks you will never go back. Just like any show ( same as Stern ) don’t listen for 1 day and make your judgement. Just like Sterns show some days are better then others so you need to listen for 1-2 weeks. They are so much better then Stern and the best part is that they let others shine above them at times. They don’t have huge egos like Stern which gets in the way of others being more funny. Stern has NEVER EVER liked it when other shined more then him. Case in point would be Jackie. And the best part of Opie and Anthony is JIM NORTON. The best comedian out there ! Very fast come backs, quick witted and very entertaining. I am telling you to give them a shot. I used to be a die hard Stern fan also but got tired of his huge super inflated ego and on top of that found out how much he lies to his fans. He says he is honest but he really is not. Also, he is all talk and no action. He said for years that when he got divorced how much of a whore he would be and what does he do ? He shacks up with that horse face Beth right away. Yeah really cutting edge. Just give the Opie and Anthony show a chance and trust me you will fall in love with these clowns. They dont repeat the same old lines like Stern has over the years. They also have tons of different comedians that come on the show. When these guys are on fire they back down and let them give us the funny. Sonthing Stern can’t stand to do because God forbid they are actually more funny then Stern. Oh and if you have not listened yet give Covino and Rich a shot on Stars 2 channel. This is a really good show and unlike ellis who is a broken record with MMA, Weight loss, and hoe great he is Covino and Rich have different topics all of the time and don’t have the big egos like Stern and Ellis
I personally have never tuned to HS live shows, I prefer the commercial free music,I’m certain of Howards large fan base, but no 1 person makes a company great, and for some reason Howard seems to be the 1 person to bring siri down, with his comments before the new contract renewal, and after the renewal the law suit!Plus no 1 person on earth is worth $100,000,000 per year,Mel should have offered him ten million and allowed him 1 show per week.
Just my opinion, I realize many will not agree
Howard Stern does not get 100 million per year. His entire channel lineup has a budget of 100 million per year.
great i think they should do away with stern anyway he is a rude crude way over paid baffune no one should get the kind of pay he does for being a radio butt head who degrades women and people like he does cut him off and put 50 million a yr in the pockets of share holders i say………..
Howard jumped the shark long ago. There are some of us who will listen anyhow, hoping for those flashes of brilliance that used to typify his broadcasts. Not wishing ill on anyone, but the show is far better without Artie Lange. For all Howard’s bravado about him being a hero of the working man, that’s something else he forgot about many years ago. ie: letting his two pet monkeys in the back room make crank calls to people who are just trying to run businesses; making fun of people who can’t afford the latest gadgets, or highest standards of living. Another Oz moment is that he isn’t particularly bright. Listen to him screw up the english language while being the first to attempt to make fun of anyone else whom (he thinks) is making a mistake. Yeah….I continue to listen, turning out when Sal & Richard are on, but mostly lining up other music stations to listen to , and now & then tuning into Spice for the titillation Howard used to provide.
Waddledeedle daadumm,
WTF, I just found out, was wondering why he wasn’t live. Kind of sucks, and I don’t like it, but I am loyal, and still love the show. I will keep listening and paying even if it was 1/2 hour per week! Nobody better! For the pantloads that don’t like it, go eat one, opie and andy are decent but even they still tune in daily!
Howard is a visionary.
Maybe after the summer he will come back at least four days, since three begins to feel irrelevant. There’s a loss of rhythm, a detachment that comes with these weekly “guest appearances”.
He’s been part of my life, my thinking, and my reference points on culture. I agree with him on almost every topic and I understand his relationship with feminism. He’s a brilliant performer who has fascinating neurosis that makes him vulnerable and “unavailable” at the same time. I understand this, I get this and I live these kinds of struggles.
I’m more sad than anything because I feel older and another part of life is ending. I just wasn’t ready. Maybe he was, but I’m not.
Looks like everyone discovered what I knew a few years ago… Howard has been retired since around 2000. He is now just cashing checks off of your loyalty, not his ability to entertain. You will have to move on sometime, no better time than now.
given the other choice, that he would retire?? i’ll take 3 days any day of the week. the show is fantastic. it’s 12 bucks a month for internet, feeds into the sirius app on my iphone flawlessly. love it. once he’s gone i have no use for sirius.
I am a loyal Howard fan since the mid 90’s. I am about over his show. 3 days a week for little entertainment value. I listen about 2 hours a day if i catch it live. Mike and Mike on ESPN radio is usually what I have on in the mornings. I agree Howard is just cashing checks.
