I can't tell you the last time I rented a car that DIDN'T have Sirius/XM for free! Budget/Avis is my first choice, and they don't charge for sat radio. Nor has National. Heck, I've even had cars from Thrifty that had it. Seriously, I can't remember getting into a car without it. $5day/$20 week for something that costs Hertz NOTHING (if the car is new enough), and maybe $6/month (don't tell me they don't get a volume discount) if the car isn't in its free radio period.
