Does anyone know what this is all about?.....knee jerk reaction that caused the drop?

nothing to look at....move along. MMs decided to take advantage of the looks of the headline "Removal" and tank it......what a nice little scam. Either that or it was very coincidental...

This is probably what caused the drop....

NOTIFICATION OF REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND/OR
REGISTRATION UNDER SECTION 12(b) OF THE
    SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934.

Anybody know a link to this rule provision. 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(2)

I tried to buy at $2.07, but didn't make it, I was going for the pre-market flip, I was driving tho, and the smart phone wasn't smart enough to drive.
We need to see what exactly that rule is for.
    If anybody finds it holler!!!
    Here's a longer form 25.

Hillbilly any thoughts? Anybody? Where the crap we gonna be trading from then? That's what I want to know. What's the purpose of form 25, and why now? If we are leaving the Nasdaq, where are we gonna trade at? Is this something that has to do with Nasdaq or could this be a company move?

Look at the quotes I have on one of my previous posts. This has to do with preferred stock rights......a non issue IMO.....just part of the necessary protocol..........Preferred stock removal from the exchange that has expired.....so, it can no longer be traded.

That can't be nothing but good!!! The less shares to be traded the better, Imo. Unless someone still feels there's a conspiracy to do us wrong. I got to say Malone is playing some straight up poker, I'm just waiting on the river card.
I might smell a short squeeze

I know the greens took a beating today!!!
    Hate I missed them $2.07's.
    Gla, tomorrow. Have a plan!!!

MJNA closed at .12 support and is very oversold. I would think a bounce is in the cards soon......but you never know with these scammy/risky penny stocks

HB - not sure if your comment is applied to SIRI or NIHD or both but either way thanks for the new trading pattern education. NIHD very well could have seen a shooting star formation yesterday so buyers beware. I am curious how the stock will react to a forthcoming announcement on the sale of its tower assets in Mexico and Brazil.
