I have bought and sold Siri 4x now in last 18 months. Im out right now and sitting on my money till we find out how the reverse split issue will iron out. Im not interested in buying in and having it drop from $5 to 1 because of a short party. So i pop in just to keep an eye on things but since im not invested dont have much to say.

Now...please predict the bottom line numbers for 1st qtr...and underestimate them by 30%

I know and it is killing me. Thanks you basterd for bringing it up again, I knew I could count on you for that. Thats why I like you, your not afraid to slap a guy when he is down.

I knew retail and used OEMs would be hard to figure out. That is why that was guess work.

As for that I would have to take a closer look at those numbers. Lets just say these new subscribers wont effect those numbers to much until next quarter. Hey I dont know about you but I would rather be a little conservative then liberial. Just look at how much happier you are now. I believe it works that way for more then just the numbers.

Not to quibble, but he said 80,000 to 120,000 so he was off by 51,000 to 91,000. Just the facts.

I can tell you right now the RS issue wont have a dam thing to do with the stock. Look if they do it, and the company was undervalued, then it still will be undervalued. As for the shorts, the fewer shares out will make it alot harder to short the stock because it will make it alot easyer for the SEC to track naked shorting. Plus there are just to many catalist at this point for any real shorting to bring the PPS down that much. Also I believe the big banks being able to buy, will mosty likely more then make for any shorting that gos on. You may actually see a rare thing that happens after a RS the PPS may just rise. Wouldn't that be just the last slap in the face for the retail investor. You sell out thinking it will come down and it never does. The big investment banks will try to get most of us retail shareholders out and that would be a perfect time to do it (just speculation there, I have learned not to trust anything when it comes to this company anymore).

P.S. I guess you did not notice the current sub count when you made this post about thinking it will come back down.

Damn was Lazard wrong. Way off! You were off by not as much, but still a lot (51,441 to 91,441 on a gain of 171,441).Did you both get your info from Fox?

P.S. I believe Crockett predicted -160,00 subs. Got to watch your facts john.

I have common sense and logic that is why I watch FOX. They are the only ones that just report. We dont have to worry about chills running up Chris Mathews leg when Obama speaks or about how much of a hero Saul Luwinksi (marxist/socialist) was to him. Lets see what was his last huge mistake, Ho thats right he got on Rush for saying the Obama regime and then said he has never heard those kinds of words spoken about a president by anyone in the news before that. I guess he never does his research (regime was used to discribe the Bush administration), CNN = 8 times, MSNBC = 16 times, and ho your going to love this one, Chris Mathews = 1 time. The really sad thing is Chris Mathews is considered to be one of the more fare and unbias ones on MSNBC, that has me LMAO.

Now as for the estimate I did, I took the known facts and came to a figure. Then AS I SAID, there are harder numbers that have to be GUESSED about because those figures are just not made available.

    There are a few facts here;

    1) I have said I am not an analyst.

    2) I gave a better estimate then ALL of them.

    3) I never saw Havsucker give it an attempt.

    4) Since Havasucker never attempted making an estimate then his comments after the fact are as useless as he is.

Socialist, socialist, socialist, socialist, socialist, socialist, socialist,...
Communist, communist, communist, communist, communist, communist...
Twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit, twit....
Dumbass, dumbass, dumbass, dumbass, dumbass, dumbass, dumbass...

You really do have a hard time taking a joke dont you (hint. look at the laughing faces)? i was just busting your chops on the numbers. There are a lot more important things to get serious about.

P.S. Even the Conservative Senator Tom Coburn called out Fox on its "myths".
I know you never did let the facts get in the way of your extreme right wing ideology.

Yeah, Barton Crooked really botched that one . . too funny!

Then there's Matthew Hooligan of Wonderdick Securities . . . that poor bastard really painted himself into a corner on this one; based on his prior-stated valuation model he will now need to revise his price target to over $1.50 . . . bet he's shittin a brick right now . . . what a maroon

These analysts are all duplicitous parasites . . eventually the business community will figure out that they serve no other purpose than to seed positions for themselves and their firm's hedging transactions
