    Insider buying

Does anyone know whether or not Mel, his management or anyone can buy at this time or is this a quiet period.

I think that is what is really needed for this stock to shake out the next leg of the shorts and get to .75 at least.

    Im not sure exactly...

But I think it is something like 2 weeks before end of quarter and not until 2 weeks after the quarter conference call (or something like that).

Basically, no insider at Sirius could have bought shares starting middle of december, and still cannot. (Because of the fact that they had CC so late, almost on top of the end of Q1)

I believe you are locked out 30 days prior to the end of the quarter and 2-3 days after earnings are announced. (At least it is where I work).

But that is just for employees - Insiders and certain management have even tighter restrictions.
