    Keep talking AIRMAN.....

I think when you believe that a stock is undervalued by a min of 60-80% that by definition makes it a speculative stock to me. Maybe I am wrong on the valuation, But I think it will get to a more mature valuation in the next year or so. Unfortunately I believe the whole market is going to see pain. That is why my target is only $1.40 for the year. Because of this belief that siri will outperform the market(in the long run) and the fact that It is my speculative money I am willing to risk my gains. And to me the risk is low. But even if worst case happens and ben is right about a 20-30% drop ... I will still walk away with a very large gain(my largest single gain in any stock every in $ amount). A risk I am willing to make as my siri is all profit at this point ... Long ago I took out my initial investment+.

Some people think when you lose money(or lose gains) on a particular stock you made a bad decision. I do not believe this. It is all bout managing risk in your portfolio as a whole. In the market sometimes you lose money, sometimes you make money, Sometimes you risk for large reward, Sometimes you act conservatively hence reduce upside for cash preservation. It is a very personal decision.
I will grant you this ... it is very much less speculative now as when I bought on the verge of bankruptcy!

just a funny sad note: said as siri opens at $1 flat.

    Hi Jeff,

Vacation was great. So great, I'm going back to the Jersey shore
towards the end of July for a few days. Gotta keep this tan from fading.
As far as Hopeful, he can answer for himself, but if it's dreary there, he
is lovin' it. He's all about dreary and gloomy.

Hope you and the family are doing well Jeff. Always good to hear from you!

    Julie

    Good morning SLong,

It has been AWESOME!!! Beautiful sunny days and cool nights.
Just looked at the extended forecast for your 8 days, more of the same.
So do you have any plans for your vacation? How did your race go?

    Julie

No plans for me, just hanging around A2 doing odds and ends. Maybe I'll take up a project, maybe not. Nice to just do nothing. Yes, we are experiencing the Canadian high - warm days, cool nights and no humidity - even the mosquito's go away lol. But that is ending. 90's by Sunday, but with pure sunshine. We ought to be the envy of the nation right now.

Thanks for asking about the race. I was almost on the verge of being a bad dad by pushing my daughter a little too hard, but she rallied and finished strong besting her best of the year. As for me, getting out of the car, I pulled my calf muscle. The race was misery, and my leg is still stiff. No time to think as there is another here in downtown A2 Sunday morning. No rest for the wary - Redbull up and go!

What do you make of SIRI? It's shedding its value in chunks. I'm waiting a little and will by 5000 more shares. It'll work out; though I thought the ISM Manufacturing index wouldn't take a hit like that. Our plant is smokin'. We did 2007 volume in June which is a usually a slow month. We are 90% of our ANNUAL profit goal, and even if volume does decrease, we are seeing relief on raw material prices.

The market is overzealous on this constant barrage of fearmongering by the pundits. I think it's human nature to find a state of fear.

Ok, now you really understand that I'm doing nothing LOL.
