Poetic justice . . GS partners hit with margin call by their own employer. It would be even sweeter if they can't borrow alternative funds to meet the calls but rather face a forced liquidation of their positions.

Man that really made me mad and happy at the same time. So in other words we are screwed till they straighten out. I hope Wall Street isn't that rigged.

I'm long...been for 4 years...but when will we catch a break? And is a R/S...not because of delisting...but to reduce the float inevitable and the only way for this stock to rise?

The dreaded R/S is my main fear now.

First it was the insane 18 month merger delay that ended with the infamous and anticlimactic "ugly" deal and subsequent drop instead of the "pop" we all waited so long for.

NEXT...it was the whole 2009 debt issue and fear of bankrupcy.

NOW....that the debt has been addressed an bk unlikely....they are saying dilution and the huge amount of outstanding shares will keep this stock down no matter what.

WHEN will this end? Is a R/S the ONLY way?

Imagine if Sirius bought back 3 billion shares? At the current price of .16 cents that would be 480 million. Imagine if Sirius could do this instead of the R/S.

Of course it will never happen....but....it'd be nice.
