    Sirius september thread

    Hi Everyone,

Thought this might be a good time to end the August thread
and begin a new month. I guess it doesn't have to be a Monday. After all it is SEPTEMBER 1st.
I am going to try and steal the good link from Boomer on Auto sales. I say
try because I'm not quite sure how to do that. Never said I had this
    computer biz down pat.
And for those of you that are wondering when is she going to get to
the weather. A subject I do know about. Still HOT
90 again today. Next several days more of the same.

    Enjoy the MONTH!

    Julie

P.S. Sorry Boomer, I tried. Ended up with your own thread.

But not for long -- the weather. This weekend we are looking at 60's for the highs. I welcome it.

bump to move the August thread out and to nudge the "Siri Thread" back on topic:

Relatively High Company Efficiency Detected in Shares of Sirius XM Radio in the Cable & Satellite Industry (SIRI, DTV, SNI, DISH, RRST)
Written on Thu, 09/02/2010 - 4:08amBy Chip Brian

Below are the top five most-efficient companies in the Cable & Satellite industry as ranked by Revenue Per Employee (RPE). Analysts use RPE as a measure to compare the productivity of companies in the same industry.
Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) ranks first with an RPE of $1.76M; DIRECTV (NASDAQTV) ranks second with an RPE of $1.44M; and Scripps Networks Interactive (NYSE:SNI) ranks third with an RPE of $0.99M.
DISH Network (NASDAQISH) follows with an RPE of $0.49M and RRSat Global Communications Network (NASDAQ:RRST) rounds out the top five with an RPE of $0.47M.

SmarTrend is bearish on shares of RRST and our subscribers were alerted to Sell on April 29, 2010 at $11.00. The stock has fallen 32.9% since the alert was issued.

Does anyone see Pandora on this list?

    Boomer's post from Duplicate Thread

    Boomer's post, not mine:

"This is an excellent site for auto sales. Looks like August sales were at 997,468...not as high as what we originally thought, but still works with Mel's business model."

    Dear SXMinvest,

SRK being ever the gentleman, helped me out by tranferring Boomers
link to this thread. I tried to transfer the link and failed. Obviously additional
classes are needed in Link School for me.

Sorry for the confusion, but glad you enjoyed the link.

I'll give you a link lesson.

1.) go the site you want to link
2.) the address will be in the address bar
3.) if you simply click to the right of the address, the address will turn blue
4.) whilst holding the control key, press "c" - you've copied the highlighted link
5.) go back to your message
6.) find the spot in your message where you want to insert the link with your cursor
7.) hit the link button above (blue dot with a chain link), and the link box will appear - you needn't move your cursor!!
8.) whilst holding down the control button, press "v" - the link will be pased in the box - recall that you copied it, your PC will remember it. When the box pops up, the link address will be blue. Paste right over it.
    9.) hit ok - you're done!

9 steps? It takes 5 seconds, or as fast as your PC will run.

Thank you for the link lesson SL I ran into trouble when I tried to incorporate
Boomers post into the new September thread.
As I was walking into work in Fenton saw temp, 65. Sunny skies, my kind of day.
    Enjoy the holiday weekend!
