Then again, maybe that's not such a bright idea --- I've never really considered having a *roommate* named "Bubba" to be a smart move.

What's funny is that I had to get married to really know what *guilt* felt like. Man, the hoops that woman can get me to jump through...and by not saying a damned word!

Why, I'd like to bottle *that* up, open a 'store' in Mississippi, and go public with it

I'd start with a "Nevada Corporation"...

    Hey Ramsey,

You guys still have EVFL sells in the queue? after MGLG, I'm thinking it's time to set one up at 0.0002 and let it go.

Any of you use portfolio trading record keeping software? either online or for the mac? I could spend a lot of time programming the crap... but easier to buy... looking for something that tracks performance, like the output of backtesting...

ie. win/loss ratio, sharpe ratio, cumulative returns, etc. something to keep me on track. I think I found one standalone.. will give it a shot.. amazing how there is tons of stuff to look at the stock perfomance of your portfolio, but not your performance. I found one online, but it's too mickey mouse, and looks like its for stocks long only.

I'm starting to get serious, lol.

Should be in bed... was looking to see if we had straight across the board candlestick sell signals over at the bulls...

    Pretty ugly... http://www.americanbulls.com/weekly/Indices.asp

I found something pretty interesting while doing it... I was looking at a SIRI chart, not too deeply, but I wasn't liking it... so I decided to see what the call on the candles were on that...

    http://www.americanbulls.com/weekly/...ker=NASD&TYP=S

Check the 2 year record on the right... not too shabby for using candlesticks only... lol. Max drawdown of 16% on the original investment. Up 500%. Not bad at all.

    Dave--
If you like looking at the two-year records on American Bulls...then check out SRSR sometime (Sarissa Resources). Insane what flipping that stock has produced in two years.

    Ramsey--

Simple Man is a great song that has been pecking at my brain lately, too. I'd love to simplify it all down. I see *so* many people (tenants in our apartment buildings we own) who are happy as clams, working low-paying jobs and living within their means these days.
We have one tenant who has lived in our building for 30 years. Since 1979. He is a meter-maid, makes about $8 per hour, rides his bike to work every day. Always happy.

My family does live below their means...but our means are very complicated and full of "stuff".
