Future Analyst report: "SIRI beats all forecasts"

Anybody think that the analysts have set themselves up perfectly to be "surprised" by SIRI's numbers on Q3 and Q4.

That way they can all reap the benefits since their companies have been probably loading up to go long...

Just looking at these things make it seem likely:

    1. Daily trading volume is high.
    2. Analysts covering a .30 stock (why bother??)
    3. They provide very specific reasons for it to be low, yet they say the reasons are speculation (debt "might" not be refied, autos "might" affect sales) lots of "mights"
    4. Mel is quiet, does anyone think of Mel as someone who is "quiet"

IMO I say watch out for a run...

I think everything is built into this pps today including the speculation of a bk, r/s and dilution.

I bought another 6100 today at .28 and yesterday 5000 at .30 and averaged down to .97 because i think once we get some profitable quarters going this is a 2-3.00 stock in about a year.

I dont think people/analysts fully get sirius xm... car sales slow eeeek but they forget every car out for 2007/2008 will have the sirius xm radio.. so they only sell 10 million cars vs 14 million well that 10 million more than we had so if 20%-30% sign up thats 200-300K new members and we are doing it at a higher margin rate than pre merger.. and we will have steleto ipod with sirius xm going into x-mass it all ads up to a beat and paying off the debt..we will see .75$ by end of novemeber..

I hope you're right, but more than likely the headline will be this...

"Sirius Misses Lowered Forecasts, Stock Sinks"

I've owned this thing as long as anyone, and I'm starting to see things from a different perspective, a more realistic perspective. The stock has been a dog and management always has excuses.

    More headlines:

"Sirius Subscribers Drop, Weak Autos Blamed"

"Sirius Misses on Gross Adds, Stock Down"

    "Sirius Meets Estimates, Analysts Downgrade"

"Sirius Posts Strong Numbers, Forecast Weak"

"Sirius Posts Strong Numbers, Management Optimistic, Analysts Laugh"

"Strong Results at Sirius, Announces 50 to 1 Reverse Split, Stock Tanks"

"Sirius Refinances February Debt, Analysts Warn Of Future"

"Sirius Satellite Falls from Orbit, Hits White House. Stock Halted"
