Why can't I tune into Howard Sterns Stations?

Why does my surius xm radio will not tune into Howard Sterns station 100 and 101. It goes from 98 and jumps to 102

Welcome to Sirius Buzz! If you subscribe to the SiriusXM streaming service for $8 a month, the two Howard Stern channels are not included. The SiriusXM Premier package includes the two channels and it's free until May 15. The company is being nice to us during the coronavirus pandemic. (The Premier package has not been offered to new subscribers since January 2014.) If you have the Sirius A La Carte package, you can get the Stern channels for a small additional fee. The channels are also included in All Access package for $21.99 a month.
