The COVID-19 death toll in the United States is now 122,602. In Oklahoma, 10,733 have contracted the coronavirus and 369 have died. "Let's have a huge indoor rally in Tulsa. Let's not wear masks. I want everyone to yell and cheer and heap praise on me. What could happen?" Tulsa fire department officials say only 6,200 people attended King Donald's June 20 rally. I wonder how many of those 6,200 contracted the virus at that rally. We know eight Trump campaign workers now have the virus. That's their reward for their blind loyalty and devotion to Donald Trump.

The COVID-19 death toll in the United States is now 123,473. Arizona, Arkansas, California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas all reported a record number of coronavirus hospitalizations today. South Carolina. Isn't that where Myrtle beach is?

There are 13 federally funded drive-through COVID-19 testing sites in the United States. Seven are in Texas, which has a record high number of coronavirus cases and hospitalizations. On June 30, the Trump administration will halt funding. Remember, Trump declared at his June 20 rally in Tulsa that we should "slow the testing down" because "by having more tests, we have more cases." Fewer tests would mean fewer reported cases and then the US wouldn't "look so bad." Trump's aides insisted he was only joking but Trump told a reporter, "I don't kid, let me just tell you, let me make it clear." Trump has no empathy and no compassion. He cares only about himself, his image and his re-election chances. He is totally unfit to lead our nation through this pandemic.

The COVID-19 death toll in the United States is now 127,169. There have been 3,366 deaths in Florida. A large number of people in their 20s and 30s are going out to bars and resturants that have reopened – and a large number of people in their 20s and 30s are getting the coronavirus. That is not a coincidence.

Florida bans bar alcohol consumption as coronavirus spikes
The Associated Press, Jun 26 2020 12:45 PM

Florida today banned alcohol consumption at its bars after its daily confirmed coronavirus cases neared 9,000, a new record that is almost double the previous mark set just two days ago. The Florida agency that governs bars announced the ban on Twitter just minutes after the Department of Health reported 8,942 new confirmed cases, topping the previous record of 5,500 set Wednesday. State officials have attributed much of the new outbreak to young adults flocking to bars after they reopened in most of the state about a month ago, with many of them ignoring social distancing restrictions aimed at lowering the virus's spread.

Rally attendees were required to sign a statement agreeing to not sue the Trump campaign or the arena in the event they contracted the COVID-19 virus. Now we learn campaign workers pretty much guaranteed attendees would be exposed to the virus.

Washington Post: Trump campaign had social distancing stickers removed before Tulsa rally
    CNN, Jun 27 2020 10:37 PM ET

President Donald Trump's campaign directed the removal of thousands of "Do Not Sit Here, Please!" stickers from seats in the Bank of Oklahoma Center in the hours before the President's much anticipated Tulsa rally, the Washington Post reported today. As part of the BOK Center's safety plan for the June 20 rally, arena management had purchased 12,000 do-not-sit stickers with the intention of keeping people apart by leaving open seats between attendees, according to the Post. On the day of the rally, when event staff had already placed the stickers on nearly every other seat in the 19,000-seat arena, the Trump campaign told event management to stop and then began removing the stickers.

The United States' death toll from COVID-19 is now 128,437. That includes 31,484 in New York, 15,118 in New Jersey, 8,060 in Massachusetts, 7,089 in Illinois, 6,663 in Pennsylvania, 6,158 in Michigan and 5,935 in California. During the past week, 48 of the 50 states saw increases in the number of coronavirus hospitalizations – and Vice President Mike Pence said two days ago we've "flattened the curve." No, Mike. No, we haven't. This is the same Mike Pence who predicted the pandemic would be "behind us" by Memorial Day.

The coronavirus death toll is now 130,122 in the United States and 514,020 worldwide. Let's check in on the vain, pompous, narcissistic, egotistical buffoon who bragged four years ago that he alone could fix America's problems:

Analysis: Trump refuses to lead as pandemic worsens and allies desert him on masks
Stephen Collinson, CNN, Jul 1 2020 12:32 AM ET

Most Presidents would try to stop the United States from barreling toward disaster but Donald Trump has nothing to say and no answers to mitigate a calamity unfolding on his watch that he seems resolved to ignore. On the day when the government's top infectious disease specialist Anthony Fauci said he would not be surprised to see the US record 100,000 new coronavirus cases per day, Trump refused to break his deafening silence. And the day after his White House described record-breaking new infections that are sweeping the nation as "embers that need to be put out," Trump's campaign claimed credit for the "phenomenal" success of his botched pandemic leadership.

Donald Trump is now pretty much the sole figure in authority in either party – including his major Republican allies – who refuses to wear or endorse face masks that are proven to slow the spread of coronavirus but that he has stigmatized as a liberal plot to harm him politically. Trump appears to have made a political calculation that the best approach in dealing with the pandemic is to refuse to lead.

Worldwide, the COVID-19 virus has killed 526,586 people. In the United States, 131,842 have died. In South Dakota, population 885,000, there have been 6,893 confirmed cases and 97 deaths. In staging another self-promoting photo op, King Donald is once again displaying his ignorance, his incompetence and his inability to lead the nation during the coronavirus pandemic. Hey, Donald, maybe you can blow up Mount Rushmore and replace it with a 60-foot-high carving of your own face. I'm sure he's already thought of that.

Trump set for another massive event during national pandemic
    CNN, Jul 3 2020 1:02 PM

President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump head to Mount Rushmore National Memorial today to celebrate an early Fourth of July at a gathering of an estimated 7,500 people during a global pandemic. No social distancing is planned for the event despite the record-high number of new coronavirus cases in the United States. And the event takes place amid environmental concerns over the use of fireworks in the dry land and as the country engages in a reckoning over its own monuments and racist history.
