Since Trump became President, his daughter Ivanka has obtained 13 trademarks in China for jewelry, handbags, spa services and other products. Tell us again, Donald, why are you criticizing the Bidens?

As early as March 2019, Kent knew about Giuliani's efforts to persuade Ukraine to smear Marie Yovanovitch and the Bidens. Kent is testifying today. The State Department had ordered him to not testify. If, as Emperor Trump keeps insisting, he has done nothing wrong, why is the White House trying to prevent witnesses from speaking to investigators?

Jon Sale, Rudy Giuliani's attorney, has sent a letter to House impeachment investigators informing them that Giuliani will not be providing subpoenaed documents. The Office of Management & Budget also is refusing to provide subpoenaed documents. The Trump administration's defiance of Congress, interference with investigations, intimidation of witnesses and refusal to comply with subpoenas are making Trump look more and more guilty. Kent is one of several diplomats who were told in May that their expertise on Ukraine was no longer needed. Rick Perry, Kurt Volker and Gordon Sondland would be in charge of Ukraine policy. Translation: They would unquestioningly carry out the bidding of Emperor Trump and Rudy Giuliani. Ukraine gained independence from Russia in 1991. Ukraine now needs to gain independence from Trump and Giuliani.

Federal investigation of Rudy Giuliani includes counterintelligence probe

For months, investigators looking into Rudy Giuliani's business dealings in Ukraine have dug into everything from possible financial entanglements with alleged corrupt Ukrainian figures to counterintelligence concerns raised by some of those business ties. The counterintelligence part of the investigation indicates that FBI and criminal prosecutors in Manhattan are looking at a broader set of issues related to Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal attorney, than has been previously reported.

Kenneth McCallion, a New York attorney, says investigators first approached him earlier this year to ask about Giuliani's Ukrainian business dealings and Giuliani's ties to Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, who were indicted last week on campaign-finance related charges. The counterintelligence probe hinges in part on whether a foreign influence operation was trying to take advantage of Giuliani's business ties in Ukraine and with wealthy foreigners to make inroads with the White House, according to one person briefed on the matter.
