Mexico will pay for construction of a border wall, Trump promised us. Of course he was lying. Unless the Supreme Court rules otherwise (which is highly doubtful), American taxpayers and United States military members and their families will pay for it. Trump's number-one priority is his vanity project: building an expensive, unnecessary, ineffective Trump Wall monument to himself.

Our immigrant-hating Emperor has been trying to greatly reduce the number of migrants who can apply for asylum. He's also been trying to force them to stay in Mexico instead of entering the United States. Once again, a judge has ruled against him.

Racist, bigoted, immigrant-hating Emperor Trump stacked the Supreme Court with racist, bigoted, immigrant-hating Trump loyalists. It should surprise no one that our pro-Trump Supreme Court has overturned an injunction which temporarily blocked Trump's restrictions on asylum. This is not a final decision, however. The legality and Constitutionality of Trump's restrictions are being decided in lower courts. Eventually the no-longer-impartial Supreme Court will have to issue a final ruling, one which is a certainty to align with Trump's "Make America Hate Again" and "Make America White Again" campaigns.

Emperor Trump spent $25 million on two massive tents along the Rio Grande in Brownsville and Laredo. Hearings for more than 42,000 asylum seekers will be held in those tents. Those are the asylum seekers who were forced to remain in Mexico because Trump refused to allow them into the United States. Emperor Trump, who brags that he has the "most transparent" administration in history, has banned the press, the public and legal observers from attending the hearings. Immigration courts have always been open to the public but, as we all know, Emperor Trump makes his own laws.

"I'll take 'Here Comes The Judge' for $800, Alex." "Here is your clue: 'This American has faced more lawsuits than any other person in the history of the United States.'" "Who is Donald Trump?" "Correct. You now have $3400.""

Migrant mothers and children sue US over asylum ban
    Reuters, Sep 17 2019 3:18 PM

More than 125 migrant mothers and children have sued the United States government, claiming the Trump administration has violated the rights of asylum seekers through the arbitrary and capricious implementation of a virtual asylum ban at the southern border. The lawsuit, filed late on Monday, was the first to challenge President Donald Trump over asylum since the Supreme Court decided last week that an anti-asylum rule will be allowed to take effect while a separate lawsuit on its underlying legality is heard.

Unlike other suits that have targeted the asylum rule itself, the latest filing challenges the Trump administration on procedural grounds, saying the government has enacted changes without warning, resulting in elevated rejection rates for asylum-seekers. With the administration rolling out a series of anti-immigration regulations in rapid succession, asylum seekers are not being told which of the shifting standards will apply to their cases, said Hassan Ahmad, the lead attorney on the lawsuit. "What we're challenging is the haphazard lack of legal procedure. There's no rhyme or reason to it," Ahmad said.

The plaintiffs are 126 women and children from 59 families, mostly from the impoverished and violent Central American countries of El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, who were rejected in the early stages of the asylum process while staying at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas. The suit was filed in US District Court in Washington, DC. Trump's virtual asylum ban at the southern border denies migrants if they did not first seek safe haven in another country that they traveled through on the way to the United States, such as Mexico or Guatemala. Immigration judges can reject asylum claims, regardless of their merits, if the applicant did not first seek asylum in another country.

Thousands of undocumented immigrants were children when they were brought into the US by their parents. They now go to school here or have jobs here. Many have families of their own. For a majority, the United States is the only country they've ever known. Democrats want to allow them to become US citizens. Our immigrant-hating President got two pro-Trump, immigrant-hating judges appointed to the Supreme Court. Trump wants the "Dreamers" deported. Will the pro-Trump, no-longer-impartial Supreme Court agree with Trump – or will the Justices show some empathy and compassion? I'm guessing they will side with Emperor Trump and help "Make America White Again."

Racist, immigrant-hating, fear-mongering Emperor Trump knows nothing about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, so it should come as no surprise that he also knows nothing about the Flores Settlement.

It should surprise no one that our immigrant-hating Emperor places far more importance on his expensive, unnecessary, ineffective Trump Wall monument to himself than on the United States military. He probably also thinks Guam is a foreign country.

Trump has spent his entire term trying to restrict immigration, whether illegal – or legal. He's now placing yet another obstacle in the path of those who would seek to immigrate to the United States.
