Trump, of course, continues to deny knowing her even though he was photographed talking with her. Remember, he also denied knowing Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, with whom he had affairs. He bought each woman's silence with hush money but the truth eventually came out. Truth has a way of doing that.

He instead attempted to bypass Congress (which has control of federal spending) by diverting Defense Department funds to his vanity project. A district judge just told him he can't do that.
