    Letter from Laura Owen of Pacific Palisades in today's Los Angeles Times: "Trump tweeted that 'there was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent.' He should explain 'Lock her up!'"

    Obviously, Emperor Trump has double standards.

    Trump attorney John Dowd speaking to Michael Flynn attorney Rob Kelner (edited for clarity): "If we have information that implicates the President, then we've got a national security issue we got to deal with, not only for the President, but for the country. So we need some kind of heads up." In other words, "Protect Trump at all costs."

    Voicemail from Trump lawyer could show possible obstruction
    In a transcript of the call, the President's lawyer tries to get information about the former national security adviser's discussions with the special counsel.

    The orange-skinned Tweeter-In-Chief continues to insist Mueller cleared him of obstruction-of-justice charges. Mueller did not clear him – but in Trumpworld, Trump creates his own reality. He wrote, "Emmet Flood, who came to the White House to help me with the Mueller Report, will be leaving service on June 14th. He has done an outstanding job – NO COLLUSION - NO OBSTRUCTION!" He added, "Case Closed!" That is not true, either. Far from it.

    Emperor Trump recently bragged that his administration is the most "transparent" in our nation's history. That, of course, is a lie. The Trump administration is the least transparent. Trump lies constantly, hides his taxes, lies constantly, hides his finances, lies constantly, hides details of his meetings with Putin, lies constantly, hides his Russia connections and lies constantly. He also ordered Don McGahn to ignore a subpoena. Now he's ordering two former aides to also ignore subpoenas. What is Trump so afraid of? What does he not want us to know? Whatever it is, he knows it would likely destroy his Presidency.

    No President has the right to order a private citizen – or anybody, actually – to refuse to comply with a Congressional subpoena. That is obstruction of justice. It's nice to know that at least one person is not allowing the orange-skinned bully to intimdate her.

    Just as all the world's dictators who preceded him have done, the pompous, narcissistic, egotistical, delusional Tweeter-In-Chief continues to attack the news media as "fake" and "totally corrupt." No, Emperor Trump, you are fake and totally corrupt. "Don't pay any attention to the fake news media. You can look to me, and only me, to give you real news." Yeah, sure.

    "Donald J. Trump
    @realDonaldTrump
    If the totally Corrupt Media was less corrupt, I would be up by 15 points in the polls based on our tremendous success with the economy, maybe Best Ever! If the Corrupt Media was actually fair, I would be up by 25 points. Nevertheless, despite the Fake News, we're doing great!
    1:17 AM - Jun 5, 2019"

    Totally delusional – but that's typical of life in Trumpworld.

    Giuliani says one reason for his resignation is because he has projects that keep him "pretty busy." I say his resignation is akin to a rat deserting a sinking ship.

    The Justice Department will provide Congress with some – but not all – of the files and documents relating to Robert Mueller's investigation. House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler says Congress will be able to review "key evidence that the Special Counsel used to assess whether the President and others obstructed justice or were engaged in other misconduct." The next step could be censure, impeachment or criminal charges.......or perhaps nothing.

    Conway on many occasions has violated the Hatch Act by publicly criticizing Democratic candidates. Emperor Trump, of course, ignores the Constitution and our nation's systems of checks and balances and makes his own law. It should surprise no one that he will continue to be supportive of his lap dog Kellyanne – and the swamp will continue to get swampier.

    Federal agency recommends that Kellyanne Conway be removed from service for repeated violations of the Hatch Act
