    Tommy Banks was a pianist, composer, arranger, musical director and symphony orchestra conductor. He and his various bands recorded 20 albums. He hosted ten different television series, most notably The Tommy Banks Show, which aired from 1968 to 1983. He served as a senator in Alberta from 2000 to 2011. Whew!

    Yes, comic strips are a form of entertainment. Mort Walker, often with the help of assistants, drew Beetle Bailey for almost 68 years. Beetle's cap always covers his eyes. His face was shown only one time, in a 1950 strip where he was still a college student.
