Jerry Naylor died December 5. He was 80. As a teenager, Naylor sang and played guitar in his brother-in-law's group, the Tommy Briggs Hillbilly Band. From 1957 to 1961, he was lead singer of the rockabilly band The Cavaliers. (With J. Frank Wilson as lead singer, they would have a #2 hit with Last Kiss in 1964.
