    Kaiser played piano and organ and released 18 albums on Word Records. He wrote more than 300 contemporary Christian songs and hymns. He produced and arranged albums for Burl Ives, Ethel Waters, Kathleen Battle, Joni Eareckson, George Beverly Shea, Tennessee Ernie Ford and other artists. Kaiser was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from ASCAP in 1992 and was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall Of Fame in 2001.

    Goldman won an Academy Award in 1969 for best screenplay (Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid) and another in 1976 for best screenplay adaptation (of the Carl Bernstein-Bob Woodward book All The President's Men). Both movies starred Robert Redford.

    Showaddywaddy formed in 1973 in Leicester and continues to tour in 2018. They specialize in remakes of 1950s-60s US pop hits. Among their 23 top-40 hits in the UK are When, Blue Moon, Good Timin', Everyday, I Wonder Why, Pretty Litte Angel Eyes, A Little Bit Of Soap and You Got What It Takes. Their 1977 version of Curtis Lee's Under The Moon Of Love was their only number one. None of their songs charted in the US.

His 53rd -- and now his final -- production is Come From Away, which opened March 12, 2017 and is scheduled to run until November 2019. He also produced revivals of Hair, Fiddler On The Roof, The Glass Menagerie, Blithe Spirit, Speed-The-Plow, La Cage Aux Folles, Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, You Can't Take It With You and You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

    Yes, young people, there was indeed a time when major cities had only two or three television stations. They broadcast for only a few hours per week and the programs were in black and white. In 1954, NBC began broadcasting a small number of programs in color. By 1959, most of NBC's prime-time dramas were in color. Each such program was preceded by an animated peacock with a color-changing tail and the message, "The following program is brought to you in living color on NBC." The designer of that peacock was Pablo Ferro.

    Born in New Brunswick, Maunder was unsuccessful at launching a baseball career so he turned to acting. He appeared in several plays and starred in two Western tv series, Custer (1967) and Lancer (1968-70). He played a police sergeant on Chase (1973-74) and had roles in several other tv shows.
