Inspired to play clarinet after hearing Benny Goodman on the radio in 1935, Yaged worked as a sideman with Red Allen, Coleman Hawkins, Charlie Shavers, Phil Napoleon, Doug Duke, Cozy Cole and Jack Teagarden before forming his own band in 1956. He released only three albums and two singles but continued to perform – until now.

Grumpy Cat's image appeared on hundreds of products including calendars, posters, greeting cards, coffee mugs, shirts, shoes, keychains, balloons, notebooks and iPhone cases. Two of my favorite Grumpy Cat "quotes": "Roses are red. Violets are blue. Go away." "I had fun once. It was awful."
