Following the last Democratic debates, campaign contributions to Sanders, Warren and Harris rose dramatically. Contributions to Biden's campaign rose only slightly. However, in CNN's latest poll of potential Democratic voters, Biden is favored by 29%. He's gained 7% over the past eight weeks – and Harris' support fell from 17% to 5%. Buh-bye, Kamala!

Inslee told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow "it's become clear" he won't win the Democratic nomination. Heck, I knew that on March 1, the day he announced his candidacy.

Thanks to the 18th-century relic known as the Electoral College, five men have lost the popular vote and still won the Presidency. Many states assign Electors on a winner-take-all basis: Whichever candidate gets the most votes, even if he doesn't win a majority, gets 100% of the Electors. How is that fair? Anyway, a three-judge panel from the 10th US Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a state's Electors do not have to vote for the winner of the state's popular vote, nor can the state nullify the vote of a "renegade" Elector. This issue is likely to wind up in the Supreme Court, which is now stocked with Trump cronies and will almost certainly overturn the Circuit Court's ruling.

With Jay Inslee's withdrawal from the 2020 Presidential race, the Democrats are now down to 22 Presidential candidates. RealClearPolitics just published a ranking of the candidates based on how much coverage they're getting in the news media. Inslee is near the bottom of the list, just ahead of Marianne Williamson and Michael Bennet. Who will be next to withdraw from the race? Yes, there are at least 15 who should – but who will?

"We have someone in the White House who is unfit, who lies virtually every time he opens his mouth." Thus begins the first campaign ad of Republican Joe Walsh, who this morning officially announced he's running for President. Former Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld is also challenging Trump.

Candidates can appear on stage together and take part in a debate only if it's sanctioned by the DNC and only if the debate covers several issues and not just one. I say the DNC holds too much power. Candidates should be able to debate whenever they want and discuss whatever they want. We have this little thing known as the First Amendment.......

This Monmouth University poll surveyed only 298 voters, a very small sample. Hey, Monmouth, survey ten times that number and then get back to us, okay?

Wisconsin Representative Sean Duffy today became the 12th House Republican to announce he will not seek reelection in 2020. CNN editor-at-large Chris Cillizza breaks down "Trump's hostile takeover of the GOP" and "the struggles within the minority party in the House as it grapples with a decided lack of legislative power and the electoral uncertainties created by President Donald Trump." Another "blue wave" could be on the way.

In March 2013, former Illinois Congressman Joe Walsh launched a talk show on WIND in Chicago. It was syndicated nationally by Salem Radio Network – until today. Yesterday, Walsh announced he's running for President and called Donald Trump a "liar" who is "morally unfit" for the office. Speaking today with CNN's John Berman, Walsh admitted, "It's not good for a conservative radio host to badmouth Trump. When I announced my candidacy, I knew my radio show would be in jeopardy. This morning I was told I no longer have a radio show."

Salem believes in freedom of speech – as long as it's right-wing speech. Salem has taken down walshfreedom.com, the website of Walsh's now-former radio show. Walsh's new website for his Presidential campaign is
