But she did lead by more in certain key states.

In 2016, Americans were deluged with lies, misinformation, accusations, doctored videos and conspiracy theories from Russian trolls. In 2020, we're once again being deluged with lies, misinformation, accusations, doctored videos and conspiracy theories – but now they're all coming from the Trump campaign. Donald Trump has no shame, no ethics and no morals. There is no limit to how low he can sink in his bid for re-election. The same is true of his blindly loyal campaign staff.

Facebook bans ads from pro-Trump PAC
    CNN Aug 6 2020 3:28 PM ET

Facebook announced today it was banning ads from the The Committee to Defend the President, a pro-Trump super PAC. Facebook did not say how long the ban would last. "As a result of the Committee's repeated sharing of content determined by third-party fact-checkers to be false, they will not be permitted to advertise for a period of time on our platform," Facebook spokesperson Andy Stone said. Stone declined to say what specifically led to today's action.

As I said above, there is no limit to how low Donald Trump can sink in his bid for re-election. Here is further proof:

Biden campaign responds to Trump's 'hurt God' attack
    CNN, Aug 6 2020 4:36 PM ET

Presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden's campaign today countered President Donald Trump's baseless attack that Biden, who is a practicing Roman Catholic, would somehow "hurt God," saying in response that "Biden's faith is at the core of who he is." "Biden has lived it with dignity his entire life and it's been a source of strength and comfort in times of extreme hardship," campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said. The response came after Trump, in his continued effort to tie Biden to the far left, claimed in Ohio that the former Vice President wants to "Take away your guns, destroy your second amendment, no religion, no anything. Hurt the bible, hurt God. He's against God, he's against guns."

Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump are BFFs. Putin and the Russians wanted Trump to win the 2016 Presidential election. It should surprise no one that Putin and the Russians want Trump to win re-election in 2020. By idolizing Putin and being a Russia sympathizer, Trump is a traitor to the United States of America. Он заслуживает импичмента и удалены от должности.

With 89 days until the Presidential election, the Trump campaign is busy running attack ads in 12 swing states. Biden is "slipping" and "clearly diminished," the ads say, echoing the frequent insults made by Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. Last month, Trump told Fox News' Chris Wallace, "Biden can't put two sentences together. They wheel him out. He goes up, he repeats, they ask him questions. He reads a teleprompter and then he goes back into his basement. They brainwashed him. He doesn't know where he is, he doesn't know what he's doing and our country will suffer." Biden and Trump will debate September 29 in Cleveland, October 15 in Miami and October 22 in Nashville. CNN's Chris Cillizza explains why Trump's attacks will wind up benefitting Biden:

Trump says Americans will have to learn Chinese if Biden wins but offers little condemnation of Beijing
    CNN, Aug 11 2020 1:58 PM ET

In a pair of interviews today, President Donald Trump railed against his competitor for being weak on China but stopped short himself of condemning China's repression of its Uyghur ethnic minority or its crackdown on political freedoms in Hong Kong. "China will own the United States if this election is lost by Donald Trump," Trump, referring to himself in the third person, told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt. "If I don't win the election, China will own the United States. You're going to have to learn to speak Chinese, you want to know the truth." His remark was the latest escalation in a contest with former Vice President Joe Biden over who can sound toughest on China, a battle that has become a central facet of the presidential campaign. Trump's beef with China appeared centered on how the country's failure to contain the virus has affected his political standing. "George Washington would have had a hard time beating me before the plague came in, before the China plague," he said.

"Nasty." "Phony." "Horrible." "Mean." "Disrespectful." Our immature, racist, sexist, bigoted white nationalist President has already started spewing his hateful insults against Kamala Harris. Of course he would be spewing hateful insults no matter who Biden picked as a running mate. That is what immature, racist, sexist, bigoted white nationalists do.

Today at a campaign event in Wilmington, Delaware, Joe Biden noted, "Donald Trump has already started his attacks, calling Kamala 'nasty,' whining about how she's 'mean' to his appointees. It’s no surprise because whining is what Donald Trump does best, better than any President in American history. Is anyone surprised Donald Trump has a problem with a strong woman or strong women across the board?" No, nobody is surprised. Donald Trump is an immature, racist, sexist, bigoted white nationalist – and he will not be able to intimidate Kamala Harris.

Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said Trump is waging an "assault on our democracy" by attempting to "deprive Americans of their fundamental right to vote safely during the most catastrophic public health crisis in over 100 years." Donald Trump sees himself as a king, an emperor, a dictator. He does not believe in democracy – except when it benefits him.

Trump says he opposes funding USPS because of mail-in voting
    CNN, Aug 13 2020 11:46 AM ET

President Donald Trump said today that he opposes much-needed funding for the United States Postal Service because he doesn't want to see it used for mail-in voting this November. By directly linking USPS funding to mail-in voting, Trump is fueling allegations that he is trying to manipulate the postal system for political gain. The pandemic has led to record-shattering levels of voting-by-mail, but Trump has tried to restrict the voting method because he says it will hurt his re-election and Republicans across the board.

During an interview on Fox News, Trump said that if USPS does not receive the additional $25 billion funding request that Democrats included in the ongoing stimulus negotiations, then he believes the Post Office won't be able to handle the influx of mail-in ballots in the upcoming election. Trump has criticized mail-in voting for months, baselessly asserting that it will lead to voter fraud. There is not widespread voter fraud in US elections and nonpartisan experts say neither party automatically benefits when states expand access to mail-in voting. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi responded to Trump's claims during an interview on MSNBC, saying the $25 billion for USPS was proposed by the agency's bipartisan Board of Governors, not Democrats.
