The latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows Biden leading Trump 51% to 43%. A new USC Dornsife poll of 2,658 likely voters shows Biden leading Trump 51% to 42%.

After a tumultuous month of news, Biden maintains national lead over Trump

Donald Trump is doing everything he can to rig the 2020 Presidential election in his favor. He continues to insist – with zero evidence – that the use of mail-in ballots will lead to massive fraud. His administration has filed several lawsuits in an effort to restrict vote-by-mail. Trump even has the Postal Service, the United States Attorney General and the Department of Justice assisting him in his dirty work. Federal judges are, to put it mildly, not too happy with Donald Trump.

Second judge rules against USPS, says election mail must be prioritized
    CNN, Sep 21 2020 4:20 PM ET

The US Postal Service must prioritize election mail and reverse some key policy changes imposed by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a federal judge ruled today, saying that "managerial failures" at the agency undermined the public's faith in mail-in voting. US District Judge Victor Marrero in New York's Southern District became the second federal judge to side against USPS in the past week. A judge in Washington state ordered many similar changes on Friday and blasted the Trump administration for what he called a "politically motivated attack" on USPS.

In today's ruling, Marrero said USPS will be required to treat all election mail as first-class mail or priority mail express, and that USPS will need to "pre-approve" all overtime requests for the two weeks surrounding Election Day, to make sure absentee ballots are processed properly. "The right to vote is too vital a value in our democracy to be left in a state of suspense in the minds of voters weeks before a presidential election, raising doubts as to whether their votes will ultimately be counted," Marrero said.

More Democrats than Republicans vote by mail. This is why Donald Trump does not want mail-in votes counted. He wants the Supreme Court to declare him the winner of the election on November 3 and disregard all the mail-in votes that are not yet counted. Trump does not care about the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, federal election laws or states' rights. He will do anything to win re-election. Our nation can not survive another four years of Donald Trump.

Trump: 'We’re counting' on federal courts to declare election night winner
Trump's push to have the election called on November 3 would disregard multiple states’ rules that allow ballots to be counted after election night.

The deceitful, dishonest Trump campaign is at it again. There is no limit to the depths Donald Trump and his campaign workers will sink to.

Fact check: Trump campaign posts another dishonestly
snipped Biden quote to make him sound confused

    CNN, Sep 21 2020 7:05 PM ET

There is a pattern: President Donald Trump's campaign and its allies keep dishonestly snipping, editing or describing video clips of former Vice President Joe Biden to try to make the Democratic presidential nominee seem confused or senile. They did it again today. The Trump campaign posted an eight-second video on Facebook that it titled "Joe Biden completely botches the Pledge of Allegiance." It was the same clip that was tweeted on Monday, with the same caption, by Republican National Committee rapid response director Steve Guest; Guest's tweet generated more than 13,500 retweets, at least 1.5 million video views and numerous comments questioning Biden's mental acuity.

The clip shows Biden saying this: "I pledge allegiance to the United States of America. One nation, indivisible, under God. For real." If that was indeed Biden's attempt to recite the entire 31-word Pledge of Allegiance, it would indeed be wrong. But it wasn't. Biden was not trying to recite the entire Pledge of Allegiance when he said these words. He was referring, more than 22 minutes into a campaign speech, to particular phrases in the pledge – to make a point about how he would not divide the country between "red states" and "blue states" as Trump does.

Biden has gotten the endorsement of another prominent Republican.

    Cindy McCain endorses Joe Biden
The endorsement follows McCain's appearance in a video about Biden's
relationship with her late husband at the Democratic National Convention.

Donald Trump, who is doing everything he can to rig the 2020 Presidential election in his favor, is accusing Democrats of "pulling a scam." He did not go into detail. Well, he'd better hurry and get another pro-Trump loyalist on the Supreme Court! He needs at least five Justices who are willing to disregard the will of the people and appoint him to another four-year term. The Supreme Court, same as the Department of Justice and the Postal Service, must serve Donald Trump and him alone.

FiveThirtyEight.com's latest average of national Presidential polls shows Biden leading Trump 50.4% to 43.2% – but Trump could still win in the 18th-century relic known as the Electoral College, which on five occasions has awarded the Presidency to a candidate who lost the popular vote. Our nation can not survive another four years of Donald Trump.

Biden, including some who served under Trump

"Our allies no longer trust or respect us and our enemies no longer fear
us," the former officers and officials wrote in a letter released today.

Republicans are notorious for "dirty tricks" – and the dirty tricks are reaching a new low in September 2020. Republicans want the reign of King Donald the First extended by another four years and they will resort to anything and everything in order to achieve their goal.

How Republicans in key states are preparing to run out the clock on the election
    CNN, Sep 24 2020 7:30 PM ET

President Donald Trump's refusal to commit to a peaceful presidential transition comes as Republicans across the country are taking concrete steps that threaten to undermine the integrity of the election, particularly in key battleground states. Trump's comments about the transition were only the latest instance where he's actively sought to sow doubt into the legitimacy of the election. But beyond Trump's rhetoric, his campaign and Republicans at the state and local level are moving to make it more difficult for voters to cast a ballot, more difficult for states to count votes and more likely that tallies will be challenged in the courts – with a particular focus on mail-in voting, which is being dramatically scaled up this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Those efforts, along with Trump's repeated baseless claims that the election will be rigged, threaten to eat away at the public's confidence in the outcome, regardless of whether Trump or former Vice President Joe Biden is declared the winner. They come amid a contentious fight over filling the Supreme Court seat left vacant by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in a situation where Trump could be picking the person who decides his electoral fate.

The orange-skinned parrot has been squawking continuously about voter fraud. He never presents any evidence. That is because there has never been any widespread voter fraud. Testifying under oath today before the Senate Homeland Security Committee, the FBI director – a Trump apointee – said there has never been "any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort." Does Donald Trump believe him? Of course not! Donald lives in Trumpworld, the topsy-turvy land of delusions where down is up, wrong is right, bad is good and millions of illegal votes are cast in every election.

FBI director Christopher Wray just totally shut down Donald Trump's vote-fraud conspiracy
