Trump even has the Postal Service, the United States Attorney General and the Department of Justice assisting him in his dirty work. Federal judges are, to put it mildly, not too happy with Donald Trump.
Second judge rules against USPS, says election mail must be prioritized

The US Postal Service must prioritize election mail and reverse some key policy changes imposed by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a federal judge ruled today, saying that "managerial failures" at the agency undermined the public's faith in mail-in voting. US District Judge Victor Marrero in New York's Southern District became the second federal judge to side against USPS in the past week. A judge in Washington state ordered many similar changes on Friday and blasted the Trump administration for what he called a "politically motivated attack" on USPS.
In today's ruling, Marrero said USPS will be required to treat all election mail as first-class mail or priority mail express, and that USPS will need to "pre-approve" all overtime requests for the two weeks surrounding Election Day, to make sure absentee ballots are processed properly. "The right to vote is too vital a value in our democracy to be left in a state of suspense in the minds of voters weeks before a presidential election, raising doubts as to whether their votes will ultimately be counted," Marrero said.

There is a pattern: President Donald Trump's campaign and its allies keep dishonestly snipping, editing or describing video clips of former Vice President Joe Biden to try to make the Democratic presidential nominee seem confused or senile. They did it again today. The Trump campaign posted an eight-second video on Facebook that it titled "Joe Biden completely botches the Pledge of Allegiance." It was the same clip that was tweeted on Monday, with the same caption, by Republican National Committee rapid response director Steve Guest; Guest's tweet generated more than 13,500 retweets, at least 1.5 million video views and numerous comments questioning Biden's mental acuity.
The clip shows Biden saying this: "I pledge allegiance to the United States of America. One nation, indivisible, under God. For real." If that was indeed Biden's attempt to recite the entire 31-word Pledge of Allegiance, it would indeed be wrong. But it wasn't. Biden was not trying to recite the entire Pledge of Allegiance when he said these words. He was referring, more than 22 minutes into a campaign speech, to particular phrases in the pledge – to make a point about how he would not divide the country between "red states" and "blue states" as Trump does.

President Donald Trump's refusal to commit to a peaceful presidential transition comes as Republicans across the country are taking concrete steps that threaten to undermine the integrity of the election, particularly in key battleground states. Trump's comments about the transition were only the latest instance where he's actively sought to sow doubt into the legitimacy of the election. But beyond Trump's rhetoric, his campaign and Republicans at the state and local level are moving to make it more difficult for voters to cast a ballot, more difficult for states to count votes and more likely that tallies will be challenged in the courts – with a particular focus on mail-in voting, which is being dramatically scaled up this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
