It's too bad these people who donated to Trump can't try to get their money back by filing a class-action suit claiming they were sold "defective merchandise."

Buyer's remorse? They donated to Trump's inauguration. Now these 15 big donors are funding his 2020 competition.

The mission statement of The Action Network is: "Build political power rooted in Latino, immigrant and working class communities, promote policy solutions that improve the lives of all and strengthen the movement for justice through electoral and grassroots organizing to advance progressive political and policy change." They've never endorsed a Presidential candidate.....until now.

Donald Trump is not only Emperor of Trumpworld, the land of delusions, he is also the undisputed King of Fake News. He has told more than 14,000 lies since becoming President and he believes every wacky conspiracy theory that comes along. He even starts many of his own. The orange-skinned Emperor is now spreading – with absolutely no evidence – the wacky idea that "Crazy Nancy" is trying to hurt Sanders' Presidential campaign and help "Sleepy Joe." We have to expect childish nicknames from the Emperor who has the mentality and emotional makeup of a ten-year-old. Or maybe an eight-year-old.

Pompous, egotistical, narcissistic, self-worshipping Emperor Trump brags that our economy is "the greatest in history" – which is not so – and then he takes sole credit for it. Of course he does.

Opinion: Why Trump may not get much of a boost from the economy
To Trump's frustration, the boom hasn't helped his re-election chances.

The New York Times has endorsed Elizabeth Warren for President. The New York Times has endorsed Amy Klobuchar for President. Last month, the editors conducted, and published, interviews with the nine leading Democratic candidates. This month, they endorsed two of them. What are we supposed to do, give a half-vote to Warren and a half-vote to Klobuchar?

Analysis: The New York Times' utterly confusing 2020 endorsement

"What are we supposed to do, give a half-vote to Warren and a half-vote to Klobuchar?"

    Snark.

Here is a better idea. Understand the NYT's corruption and the resultant obsequiousness to the establishment - and ignore it and any other endorsement that shows similar contempt for working people.

On January 24, 2019, Tulsi Gabbard launched her Presidential campaign. In October, Hillary Clinton referred to her as a "Russian asset." Gabbard is now suing Clinton. Before Hillary made that comment, Gabbard was polling between 1 and 2%. In the past three months, she's been polling between 1 and 2%. Ya know what, Tulsi? I don't think Hillary's comment did as much damage as you think it did.

Tulsi Gabbard sues Hillary Clinton over 'Russian asset' comments
    HuffPost US, Jan 22 2010 12:59 PM

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) has sued Hillary Clinton over an interview last fall in which Clinton called Gabbard a "Russian asset." Gabbard’s defamation lawsuit, filed today in a New York federal court, claims the 2016 Democratic Presidential nominee lied about Gabbard "with obvious malicious intent" to harm the Congresswoman’s 2020 presidential campaign. "Clinton falsely stated that Tulsi – an Army National Guard officer and United States Congresswoman who has spent her entire adult life serving this country – is a 'Russian asset.' Clinton's false assertions were made in a deliberate attempt to derail Tulsi's Presidential campaign," the complaint says. Gabbard claims she suffered more than $50 million in personal and professional damages.

A New York Times/Siena college poll released today shows Bernie Sanders favored by 25% of Democratic voters in Iowa. Pete Buttigieg is at 18% and Biden is at 17%. Elizabeth Warren, who led the poll in October with 22%, has fallen to fourth with 15% – but she's just gotten the endorsement of the Des Moines Register, Iowa's largest newspaper.

Michael Bloomberg, whose worth is around $50 billion, and Tom Steyer, who is worth $1.6 billion, are self-financing their Presidential campaigns. Bloomberg is favored by 8% of Democratic voters and Steyer is favored by fewer than a half-percent. It appears wealth can not buy a Presidential nomination. Ross Perot could have told them that.

Democrats spent 24 hours last week laying out their case against Donald Trump. He abused the power of his office, he withheld Ukraine aid that had been approved by Congress, he sought re-election help from another country, he ignored subpoenas, he ordered White House aides to ignore subpoenas, he withheld evidence.....the list of misdeeds goes on and on. Trump's lawyers know they can't deny Trump did all these things. Their defense tactic is to parrot Trump's claim that he's "done nothing wrong" and to falsely accuse the Bidens of corruption (even though the Bidens are not on trial). CNN political commentator Aisha Moodie-Mills believes Democrats have convincingly shown the American people that Trump is unfit to hold office and he will be a one-term President. Let's hope and pray she's correct.
