Hey, having a problem with sirius in one of my vehicles with no signal and no preview. Hopefully I can get some help here as customer service has been no help.

Hardware being used is Pioneer AVH-4100NEX, SVX-200 and using Subaru factory antenna with LS Shark Fin Antenna Adapter SFA12F. Have tried getting a signal with the regular sirius antenna with same results.

I have used the pioneer and svx 200 in a previous vehicle with no issue.

Any tips on troubleshooting? I may buy another sirius module, which I think may be the issue. But if anyone have any suggestion I should try before spending money on something that may not be the issue.
