Speaking of which, since the cloud cover rendered my full-eclipse images with less than desirable exposure, I found one shot in the partial eclipse phase which I thought worthy of sharing. This image was shot within the first 3 minutes of the partial eclipse. There are multiple shots at measured intervals up to the full eclipse. One day when I learn how to merge those in a Photoshop composition, I'll be happy to share with you. PS. In case you don't know, you can click on the image to Zoom in.

Awesome pic SI. Love the detail. Keep up the great work. With all your various interests and talents I think of you and Midas as sort of the resident Renaissance Men of the forum....

As for the Put/Calls/Spreads analogy, I was sort of kidding but in a large part not (the dig about "dumbing it down" was kidding for sure) It amazes me how some folks can calculate all the various different betting odds in their heads, and still have room for things like batting average, ERA, QB Efficiency Ratings, Fantasy League stats and scores, Draft Picks and know all the nuances of Salary Caps and on and on and on. Yet when it comes to something as basic as plain vanilla puts and calls, these same people say "that's WAY to complicated" or "I've been meaning to learn about that but I don't have time". Really? Cause you seem to know everything there is to know about the various trigonometric combinations of wins/losses needed for a baseball team to clinch their division AND that, in the event of a tie in the win/loss column, the combined height of the respective team's pitching staff's will be deducted from the age of their team's manager and then multiplied by the number of error free innings that were played on the home field during a full moon, in order to determine home field advantage.
    Just sayin'....it ain't that hard.

Hey SN...I see where the Browns and their offensive line coach "parted ways" today.

Hate to say it but that team is a mess from the front office to the backfield.

Here's my eclipse moonshot. Just something I snapped off.....used some sort of telephoto lens with some kind of F-stop or some such thingy...guess it's too close to see the actual eclipse.

By far one of the best shots! Nice work! One issue that I have is getting a picture of a normal moon at night. I don't know why it's so difficult. It usually just turns out white.

Here is a picture of my Siberian Husky Artica when we were in Cleveland, OH for Christmas. This is one of my favorite shots of him.
