Midas it seems as if you are really starting to lose your mind man. Can i offer you some free advice. Why don't you take some time off from here. Obviously the stress is getting to you. Go take the wifey out for a nice dinner (You should really surprise her by not making her pay for it like you always do). Go golfing. Go get some fresh air. Go on a mini vacation. Do something man. Do us all a favor here....go clear your mind. Get your head straight. Life is too short. You will feel better I promise. Go ahead man....try it, it will do you wonders.

Just for grins, if this should work out, let it be my way of suggesting we take the content of this forum back to a level of PG-13 or something more appropriate for young people.

BTW, I hope this chart illustrates how one can manage to buy low, sell high, and accumulate shares along the way. Also, DM, you might have misunderstood my intention for my next buy is to patiently await the 3.95-4.00 range. I might have missed the boat by not unloading at 3.91 today, but I think a better sell point will present itself in the days ahead.
PS. If this fails, I'll go back to the drawing board and hope to come back with the right illustration soon.

Thank you SI for posting the chart. Yeah i remember you said your were waiting on a higher range....its just that i would not have blamed you for selling some at the high of the day today. I think you are correct....i think we have a good chance of getting to your range next week. Do you think they will walk it down to 3.70 level before cc for buyback purposes? I am inclined to think yes.

    Futures -106
Could be an interesting day. Today is a quadruple witching Friday with the expiration of three related classes of options and futures contracts, as well as individual stock futures options. Should result in increased volumes and volatility.

I am still positioned for further weakness in EM FX, all house money. Translation: the dollar goes up if they raise rates and if they don't raise you will have initial weakness and then a continued move up in the dollar ~ a week or so later. Due to the even split I am putting a minor hedge on.

These articles are annoying. Never offers that this likely is a hedge against a short play rather than a naked bullish bet. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/big-tr...111618595.html

Think Yellen was 100% correct in not moving. You don't raise interest rates when the world economy is in poor shape. When it strengthens, then you move. The world economy has a major impact on the US economy. Anybody that doesn't realize this is living in another era. Close to 50% of the S&P 500 revenues come from overseas.

Now that the cable industry has consolidated and EBITDA multiples have been established, I look forward to Comcast coming up in line with both cable and content EBITDA multiples. The 2 catalysts I hope drive this are:

    1. Watchable - Comcast's YouTube competitor launching by the end of this year according to press reports. I see this turning video on the X1 into a growth business.

    2. A possible WiFi MVNO mobile phone subscription service that turns the Cable Triple Play into the Quad play just like in Europe today.. I am hoping this launches in 2016.
