Siriusxm works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't

When ignition is turned on, satellite either works or it doesn't (won't eventually come on). When satellite isn't working, all other radio functions work (tuner, CD, etc).

When the satellite doesn't work, there are no messages on the screen ("No Signal", "Searching", artist/song title, etc). The screen is just blank. I can press the satellite preset buttons and the station name/number will come on for a few seconds, then go back to blank screen.

I have checked the connects on the head unit, SL3s and SCC1.

If there isn't a loose connection... the SCC1 is dying.

It seems more likely that there is a loose power line somewhere but, if you already checked, its likely the brain itself. It would be nice if you could borrow one out of someone elses vehicle and plug it in to test/verify.
