There were also ask quantities at $3.44, $3.45, $3.46, $3.47, $3.48, $3.49.... it circumvented all those and went for only your 1000 lot out of all the ask lots at $3.50?
I see these out of range trades here and there but I have never had anyone claim that they manually took an offer at that point. It wouldn't make sense for a market maker to offer $3.50 and if it hit the ladder it should have been picked up by the hundreds of thousands of shares offered at lower pricing. Did you just have a 1000 lot at $3.50 for sale and by blind luck yours was zeroed in on and taken and all others ignored?
