3.68 was based on a multiple assigned to the LMCA stock price. I believe it quickly went down from there.
Such BS! They never even gave the SIRI BoD a chance to do their due diligence, then Liberty lost a bid for TWC who went to ComCast, which is when they pulled the SIRI offer. What was the SIRI supposed to do...just say YES! without even thinking about it, they would have been sued. WTF.
Play this smart. Build a cash position and buy below $3. $3.16 low of day. Equity markets open Monday too.

could be worse. P is down 7%
I am gonna go out on a limb here and say siri has been gobbling up shares on this unwarranted downturn from 3.65 to 3.16. Feels like march all over again. Drop from 3.38 to 3.00 back then.
Most everything on my tech watch list is down 4% or more. Compared to those, Sirius is looking a bit like a champ. It's pretty obvious now that this has more to do with macro conditions than anything else so the 2.75 doom target is certainly possible, but not because of anything other than the entire market being in the midst of an extended bout of explosive diarrhea.
Everyone has been calling for a test of the S&P 200 day at $1904.
Not a surprise that they've almost accomplished leading it there.
EDIT: Not everyday you see a triple digit move on the Nas........ getting close.

3.15?! Not counting on Monday to be redemption day. I'm staying clear of any gambling until the dust completely settles.

If I had the stones, I would put my money on AAPL. Been the lone stock on my radar that has been holding mostly green through this calamity!
