Well Wolf seems like a nice little bounce off of 3.20 at least for the moment...sitting at 3.24 now. Confirmed today is above average vol trade day. Good luck man.

Something tells me that buybacks won't be happening until we hit sub 3.00.

Well i think i recall seeing something (i forget where) when they bought back in late march/apr time frame in the 3.25 - 3.10 range? I forget what the average price they got for it..maybe 3.15? Maybe wolf, denco or sf can correct me if im wrong. Back then the stock got as low as 3.00 maybe a few cents lower. If they wanted to have taken it much lower than 3 at that time, im sure the powers to be could have. I dont think they take sub 3 barring some real bad news or some macro event. Anything is possible.

The thing with Liberty is when the going gets tough for Sirius, it is time to become aloof and do absolutely nothing to help boost confidence in the SP. The idea is always to exploit any weakness and do everything possible to suppress and destroy. If Sirius were on a free fall to 1.00, you can be sure Liberty would be silent and smiling the whole way down. The agenda is twofold. Buy back as many shares as possible in order to maximize their % ownership as well as justifying their next probable lowball buyout offer. Psychologically, the slow climb back toward $4 and then the inevitable pulling the rug out routine is certainly having the effect of shaking out the reets. I believe in this company as it stands on its own merits, but with the influence and agenda of Liberty, there is little chance at an organic rise and stabilization of the SP. This has been and will certainly again be observed once the broader market has stabilized and begins another healthy climb while Sirius is left injured and abandoned trying to claw its way out of the ashes.

"Sirius holders wish they took the deal," Maffei said at the FBR Digital Media Thought Leaders Conference in New York.

That M@ther F@cking Piece of SH!t......... We "Wish" Liberty never made a F@cking offer at all!

I also "Wish" that at the next annual shareholder meeting someone would hit that a**hole in the face with a balloon filled with MY PISS! And then hand him a towel that I wiped my ass with.
