It's not really sarcasm. Someone has to sell those shares at 3.62. Price can not be controlled and held if people buy and hold and stop selling out of frustration or for whatever other reasons (for example, trading, as many who comment here do). Until or unless that happens price can stay lower since it is easy for an accumulator to buy the bid and sell the ask (or wash it all out at the half cent mark) and pocket the difference in shares. It's algorithmic and computer driven, which is why the price can sit at the same range nearly all day and never move.

It's not illegal in any way. All market participants are free to buy or sell as well at the exact same prices. It can be argued it is not "fair" because you and I don't use the high speed stuff and thus need to buy the ask or sell the bid, but that's just how it is.

    Beehaus,

The GC (50sma crossing the 200sma) happened on August 26....see my post.

A cross of the 100sma and 200sma looks to be a couple of weeks away.

The "bad" guys, relative to price appreciation, are traders who supply the necessary volume, and sellers (for whatever reasons). Without trading volume and without sellers, the price could not be held without significant risk and would likely rapidly appreciate. That guy who "lets a little out" "sold a little here" "picked up more at $X.XX" etc... that's what enables this activity, especially since that guy is likely buying the ask and selling the bid. Multiply by the hundreds or thousands and you get a day's worth of action.

Eventually the range is too small and traders back out and volume dries up. Eventually all the impatient / frustrated people sell. Eventually the price has to move a little bit in order to bring in more traders or reach a point where people are holding out / just 1 more penny / etc.

Nothing new or too exciting. He (Louie) stated that he likes the prospects for future growth in the new and used channel and that connected car was another potential growth area. Expects decisions from some OEMS "shortly" in that area. No plans to sell into buyback at this time basically likes the fact that SIRI buys increase their ownership %.....SOS

That lower BB has moved up real fast. Spread between upper and lower only 11 point......real tight. We should be moving up or down pretty soon.
