It was pretty apparent that SIRI Management had no real interest in buying back shares above 3.60 even though Meyer recently referred to the stock price as being undervalued. We'll see if today's 3.50 will entice them. We fought long and hard to crack 3.50. I'd like to believe it will provide some support.

on the weekly chart 3.49 shows a support level too.

anyone see this story today and it feels like it could be devastating to SIRI and all broadcasters of pre 1972 music. Is this a game changer?

Something tells me they would be more interested in buying back at 3.30.

Once again Matt Harrigan speaks and Sirius takes a dump. Is it possible he is just a front end for Sirius to give us a heads up where the SP is planned to go? He has been spot on nearly every time. Of course it could be his influence but can one douche bag analyst actually have that much power? Fortunately this time I actually listened and unloaded a block of shares at 3.62. Now for the clincher. Is it safe to get back around 3.50 or do we drop much lower? And now the pre 1972 royalty ruling... Of course the general market is also casting its negative effect. Not looking so promising right now. What to do?

Sold a few at 3.58 and 3.54. Bought back at 3.49...too early, probably but this stock should be in the $3.80s by now so will just hold them.

What did WonderDouche have to say?

Well on its face this certainly is not welcomed news. Malone and co better spend some $$$$ fast and get this appeal expedited and get this ruling reversed A.S.A.P.

I had the same thought... About 10,000 times now. Instead I just bought my sold shares back at 3.50.

There have been many reasons over the last 12 months to re evaluate my SIRI position. I have also thought of pulling the trigger and moving on. This is not one of those reasons for me. I will continue to hold EDIT- my core - for at least the next 6 months and then re evaluate.
