    My opinion is there is NO reason for us to be down on LMCA/TWC news

    that's why I bought 30k shares @ 3.40, 3.42 & 3.43

    Exactly. But the original deal was set for Feb. Other than Meyer's word is there any reason LMCA couldn't sell those shares today? There was a lot of downward pressure before the open., BIG lots.

    Just like when Meyer said they weren't going to buy back any shares..... what's to really stop them?

    They are not open and honest with shareholders.

    Why isn`t Siri buying shares back today ? How long is it going to take for the Committee to come up with a value on the stock Shit or get off the pot. This whole deal stinks, Malone should be put in a room next to Madoff.
