Interesting to see if Meyer uses the Liberty presentation this Thursday to drop the Sub # for Q3. Should be allowable as it would be 2 weeks from CC this Thursday.

If all goes well FM6 should be in flight by then. Yes, we could get some tasty new nuggets.

Denco, above link shows lift-off November 8th for Sirius FM6. Certainly has had its share of delays.

Thanks for the updated info csl8. As long as it deploys without any issues I guess. Though it seems like we've been waiting for this launch for a couple of years now.

Anyone else taking advantage of this weakness today? I couldn't resist at $3.81........... dry powder was burning a hole in my pocket............Given news of the (early) earnings report, prospects of FM-6 launching (although apparently delayed again), and recent advancement to record highs, I just have a feeling there is money to be made.

PS. Denco, I've realized that with my Dolphins showing disappointing performance, my sadness is soon to be healed as we stare into the beginning of the NBA season. I'm thinking there will continue to be highly-contested battles between your Spurs and my
Heat. It's going to be another action-packed season, I think.

You and me both SLY with my Cowboys sucking DONKEYDONGSHLONG too. Yes, the start of the NBA can't come soon enough. The HEAT picked up ODEN so they will EDIT - continue to be the team to beat and if he can stay healthy, they could be even better but, my Spurs will be in the hunt as usual and under the radar.

Cls8, I've been digging for the info on fm-6 and it's launch for a while, and the site you posted used to be my go to site, but over time their launch dates didn't quite relate to reality. This is the site I watch now, http://www.khrunichev.ru/main.php?lang=ru. It appears to be the horses mouth? I find it strange they only posted the last update on fm-6 in Russian and not on the English side of their site. Use Google Translate. It pretty much says, " The Head Unit is being attached to the rocket.". With an Oct. 20th launch date. Posted on 10-7-13. The previous satellite launched Astra-2E took 4 days to launch once it was announced it was being rolled out to the platform. Guess we'll find out tomorrow....

@ Cls8: After further review, it just says it's planned for launch in Oct., I believe Meyers or Frear said Oct 20th. As far as I can see, nothings changed. Yeah me to brother, just wish it was in better circumstances. Hopefully by CC things will be resolved.

PS: Just to speculate, wouldn't it be killer if it was in orbit as Meyers spoke tomorrow?! I know impossible

Sly nice buy my friend, Faulkner always says, "Buy the 50". We're close enough imo, plus we're close to the lower BB, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I hate to be a downer, but Meyers better pull a rabbit out of his hat or something better break, if not I see Slo-Sto hitting 20%, might as well get it over with, imo. Also Macd has crossed the threshold in the downward direction. All my signals say down. Anyone with powder should be averaging in and then hold on to your hat, imo.

This ought to get the stock price moving a bit......

$2 Billion additional stock buy back announced. They must have some cash to report on the 24th!
