Buzz, I really don't see how you can compare siri with amzn, amzn is an online company, much like pandora. We have our own bdwdth and infrastucture, neither of them do. I compare us more to apple, microsoft, dish and direct combined. We have what they all want and only Malone had the mindset to get it. Imho

I will give you Gut tho My gut is thinking otherwise.

I am not comparing them as companies. I am comparing their similar stock price situations going into earnings. I think there is more downside risk than upside potential. Looks like that is the case with AMZN in after hours. Turns out the street liked the report and brought the price back up to where it was 2 days ago. No real upside. I could buy right back in if I wanted to.

Si...you nailed it about dips and AMT, its hard to lose 50% like it did I see in 2008 ish and stay in. Hindsight as they say 20/20. When you sold at $33 after a run from $3, wow, must have been hard not to sell at $10.

One of my sites says only hold through earnings if you're in it for the long haul on any stock. If you swing trade you should ignore earnings day and sell prior.

So, here's my first chart after some quick Stikky review. Have not gotten into it too much as I have been busy. Just received it today. We are in an intermediate uptrend channel. A break of 3.12/3.13 tomorrow could see a test of 3.06 ish. A bounce and we could test the upper trend line soon.....in my novice opinion

I think a good earning report is currently built into the price.
