    As the SIRI Turns......1/3/2013

Well, it's 12:01 am where I'm at, so here is a chart to start of the post for today's trading. This is a weekly chart for SIRI.

SIRI needs a nice strong close (above $2.95) to end the week and confirm yesterday's breakout.

    Thanks BassMan!.....Happy New Year!

Good Morning to all. If the Dog holds the line at $3 then this run may have a bit more room. I wouldn't mind a gap fill to load up HEAVY again but I will certainly take 3.14 in a day or 2

    Mornin erry body....

Yesterday we had a bullish engulfing candle confirmed with a gap up signal and three outside up candlestick pattern. All this after a low volume down drift and multiple homing pigeon candlestick patterns.

I do believe we also broke a cup and handle.

    3x very bullish signals.

So I'm seeing 3.04 in PM action and like many of the you am wondering where this is heading. Anyone mind sharing your share price (sp) trading strategy here?

Well I am still going with "we fill almost all gaps". But i do hate to miss out on a pop. We have the jobs report that was good (or should i say we added more jobs than expected..good might be the wrong term), auto number coming soon. Looks good.

Sure yoda, my strategy today is to watch today and make a move maybe tomorrow. Since we are at multiple year highs and consistently breaking higher I'm TRYING to wait for the BIG move, I'm thinking a 3 day 30 cent move maybe started.

All guesswork of course but educated...

Can you show me a link to identify the engulfing candle? An engulfing candle typically "engulfs", as the name mentions, the prior days candle. Yesterday was a nice gap-up, but not an engulfing pattern in my opinion.

EDIT: If you were looking at my below chart, it is a weekly chart, and this week is still unfinished but it does have an engulfing pattern that is forming. I updated my below chart to reflect that it is a weekly. Sorry about any confusion.
